You get more than your money’s worth with this saw

Although I’ve only had this saw for about a month, it has performed flawlessly so far. I have been pleasantly surprised. The fence works much better than you would think at first glance. It has stayed square during use and the “geared” adjustment system has made me quite happy. I would recommend this saw!

Good value

It seems very well built. I like the 'rake & pinion" adjustment for the rip fence. There are storage slots for all accessories. Hopefully I will still be positive after more use.

Great saw but terrible assembly instructions

she works perfectly, but when I took it out of the box and put her together the picture on the box was more helpful than the assembly instructions.

Solid piece of machinery !

The price and value is much better than the other $250-$300 priced saws. The cart is top notch as well. Takes a bit of time to assemble but worth it.

Crazy insructions. Need How to videos

I've noticed there are several who have mentioned the difficulty in following/understanding the insructions, and I say "Ditto!" I gave it 4 stars, and it has performed well

Broke knob

Package had a small tear in it..after I had it all put together I found the fine adjustment know was cracked..called the number and got the run around..I'm not tearing this down to fit it in my car to return it and have to put another one together..for some reason I can't be shipped the knob.

Great Saw, Horrible instructions!

The saw itself is a great tool. I like the rack & pinion fence, extended bed size for wider cuts. The assembly instructions of the stand is just plain stupid! You cannot read the instructions and assemble this saw. Use YouTube videos for assistance - instructions are worthless Why can’t Kobalt make their own video to supplement paper material?

Thumbs up. I have a few Kobalt power tools, as well as hand tools, and I have to say that I like the quality of the build so far. This table saw as packaged pretty much ready to assemble, most of the hardware was lightly screwed in place, and the rest was very easy to figure out. The instructions could definitely be better, but if you are used to assembling things its fairly easy to figure out. It works great and has lots of power. it was great for what I needed!

Broke part... stay away

worked great and was a nice upgrade from my little tabletop craftsman. Unfortunately, after 9 months, the lock handle for the fence snapped off with no way to replace it. Sounds like parts break constantly on these... I'd stay away and buy better quality brand

Great Saw for the Money

the directions for putting the stand together was not clear and I cound not see the drawings.

Height adjustment

Haven’t used that much but works great, but height adjustment, I can’t turn handle , cleaned and sprayed some silicone on threaded height adjustment stem, it’s bound up , afraid going to break crank handle off . Other than that it’s a nice saw. Have to work on it to find out what’s going on with it
