Solid and useful

My 20 year old Craftsman saw finally gave up so I had to get a new one. Many of the reviews for this one included comments about how difficult it is to set up. It wasn't that hard. I had it set up and cutting in less than 45 minutes. I do recommend taking everything out of the box and setting the pieces to the side so you can find items easily. As for portability, the door to my shed is narrower than the width of the saw, so I do need to fold it up, turn it sideways and then carry it inside. I...

solid and affordable

great saw for the price, very capable from what I've seen. powered through some french cleats out of 2x4s with no problem. assembly was less than straight forward but I got through. I'm sure a nicer blade will do eventually but this one is fine. the gears to raise and lower the blade are plastic so I'll keep an eye on them for cleanliness and to make sure they don't lose shape over time but everything else seems solid.

Great Beginner Table Saw

This is a fantastic table saw for a beginning woodworker. The rack and pinion fence system is so much better than the fence on the smaller Kobalt saw. The manual doesn’t show how to adjust the fence to get it the built-in ruler zeroed in to the blade but it is a fairly simple process. Awesome Saw!

I am super impressed with the power of this table saw! I also love how easy it is to move from one area of my shop to another! I can attach my shop vac to it and the dust gets collected. I would definitely recommend this saw!

Powerful and easy to use

Improved Overall Quality and Design

Had the older version of this saw and really like the improvements on this newer model.

not worth it at all

It's a low quality item not worth what its listed as. cheap parts will bend right away, the rip guard wont even give you straight cuts. every piece on this machine has been ruined by corporate greed trying to use the worst quality parts and still make money.

Absolute garbage

Did you know they review these reviews. Not all of them get through This is the second of this saw I purchased. The first lasted two days until the motor died. This one lasted six months and the gears to raise and lower the saw failed. These gears are plastic, they saved 15 cents by not making them metal. If you actually need to use the saw don’t get one of these
