Good refrigerator; beautiful appearance

Poor quality

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought my fridge about 14 months ago not even 2 years old and it’s not working properly. The temperature keeps fluctuating, I’ve had to throw food out because it even turned off on me.

Short Life

I bought this KitchenAid fridge about four years ago, and the fridge and freezer have already stopped cooling properly. A repair technician said fixing it would cost almost as much as replacing it. Really disappointing. For the price and brand reputation, I expected it to last much longer.

DO NOT BUY - continued issues and design flaws

We got this with our new home build and it has already had to be serviced THREE times in less than three months. The freezer door builds up condensation, and even after waiting 8 weeks to get a new door and have it installed, it still does this. We are so sick and tired of having to have this addressed - this should NOT happen with a fridge at this (or any other) price point. Looks pretty, but quality is missing

Looks attractive for a fridge, but is of poor quality with design flaws. I've had this fridge since 2021. One of the major design flaws is the fact that the drawer control panel is directly below the water/ice dispenser. That control panel failed on me in a little over a year from incidental water spillages coming from the dispenser above. MAJOR DESIGN FLAW! PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Please DO NOT buy this fridge. It is a horrible design and gave us a problem from day 1. First of all - installation this is no joke - even the service personnel took several tries to get it right and still seemed lop-sided. But most importantly, there is a MAJOR design problem with no heater at the back of the bridge, causing ice build-up very frequently. Kitchen aid 2nd time buying.

I had this fridge for four years initially, and they came out to fix the ice maker over six times. Sometimes it worked, and other times it didn’t. I was told there’s an issue with how these ice makers are made—they tend to freeze up due to the insulation, and there’s no permanent fix, so they just keep replacing parts, which only works for a couple of months. Great Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this refrigerator for a week and a half, but I LOVE IT! It is so spacious compared to what I had and it is easy to organize. It runs very quietly - I never hear the compressor running. It looks beautiful in my kitchen!

Ice Build Up Issues with this Refrig

I purchased this Refrig in 2021 and do not recommend this model. I have consistently read about the ice build up issue on this model. I am not sure why there hasn't been a fix recommended. I invested in this model expecting years of service only to be very disappointed.

Kitchen aid fridge 5 drawer

I have had this fridge for about 7 years a the problems started about 2 years after purchase. I have had 2 compressor replaced a several circuit boards replaced under my claims protection plan. Great design

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had this refrigerator for about two months now. Visually, it's stunning, and I receive many compliments on its design. My only concern is that I need to wipe the outside of the ice compartment at least once a week because it tends to get clogged. Aside from that, I absolutely love it. It's very spacious, and the cooling performance is excellent, keeping my food fresh.

It makes it makes it much easier to find what your looking for. Love all the storage drawers in the refrigerator. Just wish the stainless steel finish didn't show fingerprints.

We love the design. We had this fridge for less 3.5 when it started to show warning signs. The fridge and freezer startered to get warm and loose its coolness. Our food started to defrost.
