Better than I expected

This compliments my KAid induction range and under counter KA refrigerator that is used for dairy. The refigerator is quite large, squared and industrial looking. Not great

Not quite 5 years old and noisy freezer loosing temperature and refrigeration also not cold as it should be. Technician said this part should be recalled by Kitchenaide. Tired of paying high prices for appliances that don’t last.

Nightmare

Worst refrigerator. Freezer broke after one year. We had it fixed and it broke again six months later. We tried to fix it again and a certified repair man found cut wire inside the refrigerator and could not fix the refrigerator.

Great fridge

Less space than I thought

Kitchenaid Multi-Door Refrigerator/Freezer

Have had this refrigerator for just over 5 years. Love the functional aspects of it, solid construction and very attractive. But it was never cold enough, and I could not adjust the refrigeration to a lower temperature. About 1 month prior to 5 year date, lights went bad. Then shortly after 5 year anniversary, freezer failed. Now, I am purchasing a new refrigerator because it's going bad again. This was not a reliable refrigerator for it's basic function of refrigeration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a four year old Kitchenaid that failed and could not be repaired by Kitchenaid after multiple attempts. I am very satisfied with the new replacement. It is well designed and convenient to use. It goes very well with my existing all Mitchensid kitchen.

Love the large and organized spaces!

Great Style, disappointing quality

We are incredibly disappointed with this purchase. We are 6 years in and have had three major issues. 1. All of the LEDs needed to be replaced. 2. Ice maker broke. 3. Meat drawer temp control broke. We’ve been loyal to kitchen aid for 20 years and are super disappointed with this purchase.

TERRIFIC NEW BUILD.

Terrible repair bills only a few years old.

Never had a refrigerator with as many service calls as this refrigerator. Most expensive refrigerator ever purchased and the most money wasted on service calls. Refrigerator looks great but that is where it ends. We have had problems with the icemaker not making ice, it will never make extra ice in “max ice”, the lights have gone out on 2 occasions, literally just shut off and died overnight. Have spent hundreds on service calls. Such a rip off. Kitchenaide you need to do better.

The freezer layout is very useful. The only thing that I wish could improve would be the water dispenser it tends to spray a little wide.

Freezer Space

Looked at all brands at different locations in my area and only found this Kitchen Aid. I replaced a 15+ year old Kitchen Aid that was still working minus the ice maker which gave out many years ago. Best of the Best

KitchenAid has always been our choice for superior Appliances and after this purchase will continue to be.
