Great Features, lots of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago, I couldn’t be happier. I love the separate drawers, it keeps me from working from the fridge with the door constantly open and the soft close is a bonus.

Died after 4 years

I paid 3500 for this exact refrigerator 4 years ago and it quit working. Very disappointing. Don’t recommend.

Don't Buy It!!!

If i could rate a negative, I would! I'd always heard Kitchenaid products were the top of the line. Mine isn't. If you want a refrigerator that goes out several times a day and night, the parts to repair it are on factory back order, then this is your refrigerator! All Kitchenaid did is sell me an extended warranty for a refrigerator they don't have parts for.

worst fridge & company

first was my KA cooktop and they not making anymore parts after 2 Yrs brand new and now is this piece of junk refrigerator and not making ice and stop working all together. this company is more than crooked they are a scam and should be look into by regulators. HOW EASY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!

Fridge is Trash

The fridge is trash. They do not stand by their product at all. Our fridge is not even three years old. The condenser and condenser coils freeze up in a block of ice within two weeks. It has caused significant damage to our kitchen floor. We have had to throw out food because it wont keep things in the freezer frozen and will stop cooling the fridge. Avoid this fridge and KitchenAid refrigerators at all costs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this refrigerator since 1/13/2026. I waited over 6 weeks for delivery. Well worth the wait! It has already lasted longer than my 4 year old LG. I love the 3 pull out drawers in the freezer, the 2 pull out drawers. I purchased without actually seeing it, but so far I love it! The door alarm is soft gentle sound, not annoying like the LG when the doors were initially installed wrong.

DO NOT BUY - Negative Five Stars

We purchased all Kitchenaid appliances for our kitchen and they all failed within the first couple of years. This fridge has been a total nightmare. We had issues almost immediately while under the regular warranty and then purchased the extended warranty. Kitchenaid send technicians that had no clue how to fix things.
