What Customers Are Saying
The product offers a sleek, modern design with a spacious interior and convenient features like an interior water dispenser and ice maker. Customers appreciate the adjustable shelving and overall organization. However, some report issues with the quality and durability of certain components, such as flimsy plastic drawers and bins. A few also mentioned problems with the door seals and alignment, as well as limited freezer space compared to the refrigerator section. Overall, the product provides a good balance of style, functionality, and storage capacity, but users should be aware of the potential quality control concerns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great and efficiently designed. The doors are well designed to create added storage space for a small, counter-width fridge such as this one. My biggest complain is the noise: makes a loud buzzing noise when the compressor kicks in (assuming that's what it is), loud enough that I can hear it in other rooms in the house. For a fridge in this price range this was surprising

I can't find any good features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The previous kitchen aid refrigerator I had was the same model and only lasted 5 years and 4 months just long enough for the warrantee to run out. Now this new one has a 1 year instead of 5 year warrantee and is cheaply built with the crispers no longer running on a metal bar of cheap plastic so much so its not wanting to stay in but fall out

Somewhat disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very similar overall to our previous refrigerator, although I would say that the build quality on this model doesn’t seem quite as good as our old fridge. Loose door handles, wavy door metal, produce bins that don’t want to slide very nicely, and the water dispenser trim came off. We were also under the impression that this model would have a produce preserver module, but it apparently doesn’t.

Just a simple fridge. Functional.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser is making noise when being used. The internal light in the freezer section stopped working after few weeks of purchase. I called to have it serviced. We will see if it will get fixed. I am not a fun of the drawers. Made of plastic and not very sturdy. Not

Nice layout of refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having serious issues with our new refrigerator. Leaking water when the door is opened & ice build up on freezer door.. Waiting for service to come out & let us know what is going on. Not a good situation for an expensive appliance.

Had to wait a month for it, but was worth it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing a 12 year old same-sized GE Profile, the bloom being well-off the rose, this Amana is much roomier, with proper air-flow maintained by interior design. No more frozen vegetables! Perhaps a little noisier, the whole thing seems lighter when you open a door. Everything that came out of the old one fit into the new, with room to spare. Skipping the ice-maker made some room below as well,

Very good so far but drawers feel a little flimsy.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model instead of the upgraded version because it was much more affordable and only an insignificant amount smaller. It's attractive and works very well in terms of cooling, making ice, and dispensing water inside. The reason we give it 4 stars and not 5 is that the drawers and even the freezer feel a little flimsy. We're careful when pullilng the drawers out to do so slowly and from the middle. Otherwise we're very satisfied and ...

Not for those with weak hands
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for 6 months and have had to have technician come out twice. Once was my fault; I did not realize that you cannot open the left door unless the right door is already opened. So if I wanted something that I knew was on the left side of the fridge I just opened the left door without first opening the right door. By doing this I tore the rubber strips. Fortunately they were under warranty. The other issue was a motor mad...

Quality is not what KA used to be.
Produce drawers do not "glide" no matter how you try to adjust them. Plus, they hold very little. You must really push freezer door to be sure it's closed. The alarm is not loud enough to hear to let you know it's not fully closed. I really think the overall quality is poor compared to our 15 year old old LG that ran as well when we sold that house as it did on day 1! I will never buy a Kitchen Aid appliance again. There were tiny rust spots o the door too and I bought their recommended SS...

New Model/Defective model
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the refrigerator on May 26, it was delivered on July 15 because it was back order. The refrigerator did not work at all and unfortunately they took my old unit away. I gave it one star only because the system requires it.

Great purchase
Would Recommend(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Everything about this fridge is amazing. Ice, water, fruit trays all work perfectly for our use. Glad I bought it and hope it lasts as long as our last one..

Good looker & very functional.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of space options with movable shelves. I like the removable bottle rack. The lower freezer fits more than appears and the settings for crisper drawers work well! Having the water dispenser INSIDE the door is slightly awkward; but wow!...it comes out CHILLED! Ice maker works really well. (We put a scooper in the bin.) The only option I kind of wish it had would be "crushed" ice.

Looks Good and Working Well
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with any new appliance, there has been an adjustment. Overall, the refrigerator is working well, and I am happy with the temperature controlled specialty drawers, the robust icemaker, and the quietness of this appliance. Part of the adjustment is that my previous refrigerator had the water and ice dispensers on the outside. Even though this was very convenient, it caused a lot of problems in the long run. That being said, opening the door t...

Poor quality and cheaply manufactured
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and have been severely disappointed. The doors have insulation leaking through the seams! The ice maker bar won't stay in the off position and dumps ice into the bottom of the freezer! The drawers and even the freezer door itself feel cheap and loose, brittle plastic components! The freezer bins are flimsy wire! This was way too expensive a fridge to have such low quality components. I thought KitchenAide ...

Engineered obsolescence
Poor quality. I arrived with dents on the doors which were replaced. The operation was noisy. Within 2 years the mechanism that transfers the cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator failed. It was repaired. Within 5 years from purchase that mechanism failed again. We bought an LG to replace it. It is silent and the quality of the shelves and drawers is much better.
