Sleek and beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 29year old KitchenAid refrigerator stopped working and we needed to buy a new refrigerator. We picked the 20 cu.ft. because it fit in the allowable space. We have had great experience with KitchenAid appliances and we love the sleek look of this French door refrigerator. Plenty of space and you can easily customize the shelves to your liking. This refrigerator is also very quiet. The doors open and close effortlessly.

Counter depth

The water filter is in an awful spot on the top of the refrigerator making it difficult for storage. Counter depth Fridge

It's a good fridge...

We've never owned Kitchen Aid appliances so to be fair, we're giving it more time to see how they long they last. Unfortunately the Builder does not provide the water line connection so we can't use the water dispenser or ice maker until we arrange our own plumber and cover that cost. Failed after 3 years

Bought from Costco in 2021 and freezer Tstat and fan failed. Worst appliance ever purchased

Poorly made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought kitchenaid fridge in August, returned it 4 weeks later. It was poorly made. Inside fridge noo room for food. Food had to be kept off back. In back were gaps. There was poor circulating of air. The water spout was not dispensing water, because the water cylinder was behind the fruit bin, blocking the airflow. Fruit and vegetable bins would not close properly. So disappointed in Kitchenaid.

Noisy

A few concerns

I'm a little concerned because the internal water dispenser leaks slightly, I'm hoping it doesn't get worse in time. Also, this may be a fluke, but one night the icecream in the freezer was very, very soft. The temp is set at the recommended zero degrees, when I looked it read as 4 degrees...still well below freezing, but must've been lower than that before I noticed. Love the water dispenser inside the fridge!

I love that the water and ice dispenser are inside and not taking up all the room in the front of the fridge. Clean look and the water dispenses super cold water. I just wish we would’ve purchased this years ago instead of our junk Samsung overpriced garbage that we had to throw out after only 5 years

First time Kitchen Aid

Doors open and close tightly and doesnt feel cheap like the other brands. Hope it holds up! Seems to be the best I've owned yet.
