When installed one side was slumping. I was promised a tech would contact me to schedule an appointment to help sagging door. Nothing.

Kitchen Aid is Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kitchen Aid appliances. My old Kitchen Aid side by side lasted 21 years. Good old faithful! I am now getting use to French doors and bottom freezer. So far so good. There are cracks in the bottom drawer of the freezer. The dealer said they would order new and replace. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Bad service and more problems

Bought the fridge in May '23. In June '25, the compressor died. Took 2 weeks to get the fridge fixed. We had to buy a small fridge and freezer to survive !!! The tech replace the compressor and, now, the fridge is making a loud and constant noise that seems to come from the gas circulating. I told the tech but he answered "That is normal, it is specify in the user manual" !!! He also mentionned that Kitchen Aid (Whirlpool) had problems with the original compressors so, the new one are more p...

Wonderfully spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! So much space and the ability to adjust the shelves are wonderful. There is lots of room and this has become my prep fridge. I keep my salad fixings and healthy snacks in here. Awesome features!

Nicely designed interior

Warning - Terrible quality!

Purchased this refrigerator August 2024 and finally got it delivered October 2024. The quality of this product is terrible. The interior is so fragile a water bottle will crack it! I've had a frozen foods drop on my 20 year old fridge in the garage and they bounce off. This 8 month old fridge cannot handle a water bottle! I would recommend anyone stay away from this refrigerator. The quality and craftsmanship are just not there. I don't know if the warranty would even cover this but there'...

Decent fridge.

Seems to work quite well, but the fridge is overly cold on the top shelf (even after several setting adjustments) and the main crisper drawer squeaks, as does the freezer pull out. The water dispenser always drips two or three times after filling glass.

Dissatisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator 8 months ago and it is freezing the food in the refrigerator. Contacted the manufacturer (as it’s still covered by Kitchenaid) over a eeek ago and no one has come out to repair the problem. So, in addition to it being a faulty appliance, their customer service and response time is bad. Meanwhile the food in my refrigerator is freezing and has to be thrown out and no reimbursement provided.

Noisy

Very Nice Looking, But...

I have had this refrigerator for 5 years now. I wanted a French Door fridge and this really was about the only French door fridge from any manufacturer that would fit my limited space. Plus it matches my KitchenAid slide-in gas stove which I have been very happy with. The fridge has worked well and runs quietly. My problem is the interior quality and design of the plastic drawers, and the bottom compartment of the left side door. The crisper drawers don't fully close, haven't from day 1. At the...

Not very practical

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this fridge a few months ago, purchasing the design because my husband wanted a bottom freezer and double doors. It is not terribly practical as there is very little space for bottles and a virtually useless plastic storage area for lack of a better word, on the left hand door. The left door has to be intentionally pushed closed and makes a loud thud when doing so, shaking items inside.I much prefer a standard old fashioned fridge...

Good Not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Freezer and frig temperatures are cold. Ice maker makes plenty of ice. Storage is adequate. Butter dish does not fit in the top slot on the door as illustrated. Called for information but KitchenAid was unable to explain or fix. Wound up putting the butter dish lower on the door and lived with it.

Happy with our new refrigerator.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Pretty happy with our new refrigerator and stove. The interior layout is excellent and installation was easy, plug and play. We did not install the ice maker and water dispenser. Just something we would seldom if ever use. My only criticism is the high pitched noise from what I am guessing is a motorized vent. We have a very small house and our TV room is right next to the fridge. It can be annoying at times.
