Great Quality Wire Strippers

Excellent quality wire strippers. I like the fact that they also incorporate terminal crimpers in the handle, it makes for an easy wiring job. This is going to be a well used tool!

I use this for Romex, 12 gauge, 10....everything. Cant live Without it. In fact whenever I find a tool I love I always buy a few of them because I’m worried they will stop making it. I bought five of these things. I had a cheap one of these for years that finally broke. These are very well-built.

this is a great time saver. I would try putting in cables both ways and see which way works better for you. It clamps and pulls the wire sheathing instead of really cutting the plastic.

Gotta love it

I'm always concerned about nicking wire while stripping. These strippers make it easy. Gives a perfect cut around the insulation.

I won’t buy any other strippers.

I have owned several of these. I do Refrigeration service and installation. I strip wires ranging from #8 down to #18 regularly. Occasionally the mechanism doesn’t grip tightly enough to cut and strip the insulation the first time, but I usually give it a small amount of help with my left index finger which is holding the wire to give it a little extra pressure to cut into the insulation. Sometimes on the larger diameter wire with thicker insulation, I need to rotate the wire after the first sq...

An extremely good crimper, a very good stripper.

This is far easier to use than a traditional wire stripper. I can see this being useful for a home owner or hobbyist.

Buy them

I've wasted a lot of hours in my life stripping wires with a pocket knife or strippers with slots for each wire size. Both of those methods are either slow and/or risk nicking wires. These things are amazing and super fast. I bought them for installing recessed lighting and I'd say they paid for themselves already. One squeeze to strip the Romex housing and one squeeze for each wire. No need to figure out the gauge of wire. The adjustable depth stop feels a little cheesy but it works pretty well...

Brand new, doesn't work, returning

Just bought one of these strippers and tested it on some #12 at home. It doesn't grip tightly and the wire just pulls through. I tightened the adjustment knob which made little difference. Will be returning soon. I am going to bring some wire with me to try before I buy next time.

Works Great

Heavy duty construction. Strips wires easily and quickly. Makes removing insulation mid-wire easier than any other tool I've tried.

A Real Time Saver

I bought these to replace an extremely cheap pair of strippers. I was not disappointed. Before, I had to run the wire through twice. Now, the first time is the last time. No problems whatsoever!
