Would RecommendThe product is fairly easy to use. For a snapped screw or bolt, first drill a much smaller pilot hole as close to center of the screw or bolt as you can. I gradually increased bit size until I had a 1/8 inch hole in the middle. Had I gone any larger I may have risked damaging threads (since my hole was slightly off center. Would Not RecommendFor a product that is meant for removing stuck/rusted screws and bolts, the material it is made from seemed weak. I drilled out a bolt (that's head had twisted off). I started with a center punch, then used a small pilot drill bit and progressively larger ones until The drill bit I was using was almost as big as the bolt itself. I then used the back-out bit.
