Didn't extract a stripped set screw for me

I was trying to remove a stripped screw on a bathroom faucet, but the extractor did not extract the set screw. I ended up just drilling out the set screw.

Good extractors, cheap bits.

Works great. Extractors seem to be built well. Drill bits are cheap, but that’s not unusual for a set like this.

Removed nroven brass fitting from aluminum head

The thing that made removing the remains of the temp sensor tricky was head was still installed ant it was in a cramped space the brass was very thin tried a few different extractors that were just cutting the brass so I read reviews and these were top rated , it bit immediately and pulled it right out saved me the trouble of pulling a head from a new rebuild .

The “ back-up(out) for when the original plan fail

This easy-out “turned out” (see what I did there?) to be the “cat’s-meow”. I had broken one in an old set and found these at the Lowes store. Made the job easy!

Make sure extractor is snug in whole.

This product is more sturdy than some of the other kits I looked at. It worked well and did not strip. I did have to make sure it was snug before it would extract the bolt.

Saved my butt on getting bolt out of car

Snapped the head off of a bolt on my car and wasnt able to drive it with the way it was. I ended up buying this in hopes it would work. Well it didnt have instructions and i have never done it before lol. I took my time and slowly drilled with the drill bit and would keep taking the shavings out with a magnet to make a nice clean hole. Worked like a charm taking out a broken grease zerk. Great to have the correct sized drill bit as part of the package.

Used once and Worked Great

Unfortunately when working on my car I broke a bolt to the waterpump going into the engine block, I thought there was no hope. The small speed out extractors with two sides didn't work in the slightest, it couldn't even penetrate the bolt. Plus with those in the past I ran into the problem of those breaking into the bolt which is a whole different problem on it's own.
