Would RecommendAwesome product and easy to install. It looks great in our front yard and have gotten plenty of positive comments. The only thing I wish was different was the mountain screws that attach it to the post themselves where color matched just like the rest of the screws so they wouldn't be such an eye soar. I have since then bought a brown sharpie and colored them but I can see that after time I will need to continue to color them in from time to time. Other that the two screws that are not color mat...

Would RecommendWell I Baugh this mail box post several times for several customers. This time very disappointed. The ball on the top of post .the paint was cracked and comming off already. And brand new. I know will have second thoughts about buying it next time. Box was sealed by manufacturer. I have to order new top for post.

Would RecommendEasy to assemble. Mounts I've a 4x4 inch post. My old box was already on a 4x4 so o just sawed it off and slide the new post right over it.

Would RecommendPretty straight forward assembly and installation. However, I did not follow the instructions completely. I ran a 4x4 pressure treated post to the top of the assembly. I had to drill two through holes in the wooden post to mount the mailbox support bracket but that wasn't a big deal. With this method the assembly is fairly rigid for a 4x4 post mount. Would have looked nicer if the steel post was longer in my application, however the length is probably adequate in most applications.

Would RecommendI purchased this post to replace a 25 year old mailbox and post. Easy to assemble and super easy to place over the post. I purchased the Bronze Mailbox separately and it was easy to install. I now have the nicest mailbox and post in the neighborhood. It makes the plastic models look old and outdated.
