Since it was a quick disconnect fitting. I was looking to order another propane regular to use the fitting on the existing supply. Talked to a lady at Generac. She could not find the model number . Defective out of the box
Would Not RecommendDid not work out of box and Lowe's refused to take back a defective product within a 48 hour window. How are you suppose to know if a product is defective without opening the box? This has happen to multiple people and Lowe's continues to sell products they know are defective.

Absolute worst generator ever! Don't Do It!
Would Not RecommendRight out of the box, brand new and this generator ran for maybe thirty min and then shut off and couldn't ever get it started again. I have worked with a lot of generators in my life and thought this 6500 watt was reasonably priced, but now I know why. It is very very loud also. Absolute piece of junk. Don't waste your time, don't wast your money.

Would Not RecommendAfter assembling opened fuel valve only to discover a fuel leak. Generac "customer service" not helpful at all, tried registering product on their website unable too. Customer service said they did it over the phone, only to find out later Genera " customer service" did not actually register my generator. The closest authorized Generac company told me it would be at least 4 weeks before they could even look at my generator. Tried to file a claim under my Lowes protection plan only to be to...

Defective and won't help replace. Buyer beware.
Would Not RecommendI purchased the product and found the propane fuel would not work. I then tested the tank, tested the hose, and followed all Generac guides for troubleshooting. Support told me to take it to a shop for repair but this unit is 175lbs and there is no way I could transport that. I will never buy from Lowe's or Generac again. Terrible product and terrible service. DO NOT BUY Generac or from Lowe's.
