Well built generator

I highly recommend this Generac. The construction is beefier than the Kobalt equivalent, plus it's more powerful. The quick disconnect propane hose is nice compared with threaded fitting. Simple controls to switch fuel source. Assembly takes about 15 minutes. I had to charge the battery and will now leave it hooked up to a trickle charger.

Works as it should.

This was a warranty replacement for my 3300. I removed and applied thread lock compound to all the fasteners because of the previous generator failure. This new one works as it should. I don't like the handle because it collapses when trying to push generator backwards.

Easy purchase and pickup

This was an easy pick up from Lowes after an online order. Purchased at 7:30 am and picked up at noon but was ready before that. Victor also came out with me to help get it in my truck. Got it home and filled it with the supplied oil after minimal assembly and it started right up on first pull without choke. Let it run for half hour. Started the same the next day. Only have 1 hour of run time on the unit according to the digital timer but everything seems solid so far.

During assembly I realized the handle bolts are not long enough to fit in position to secure the handle. Otherwise, it’s a solid piece of equipment.
