Would Not RecommendWe purchased this generator and unpacked it in the fall. It took a few months to get all our infrastructure in for propane and electricity and to create a concrete pad for this. The generator cost $6000 and the infrastructure another $15,000 or so. We go to open the inside to connect it and it is completely rusted and corroded! We emailed Generac and they said we needed to go through service provider. They referred us to the closest one who said they'd come out but charge us since we live out of...

Would RecommendIt has not been installed yet but working with Lowes rep for the generator has been a pleasant surprise. All contacts have been knowledgeable and made all appointment and arrived on time and Trademark sent me a picture of the gentleman that was coming. Fireplace installers were excellent as well keeping me informed of their arrival and doing the paperwork I needed. All this made it very easy for the ArchiTectural person that came to inspect and approve my request.
