Would RecommendJust completed year two annual maintenance. Generator has activated reliably 5 times over the past two years and powered my home without any issues. Propane usage seems very efficient.

Good generator for the entire house.
Would RecommendHave had this generator for a year. Had to have a faulty emergency switch replaced (under warranty). I've put about 11 hours on it. It's able to power everything in my 2500 sq/ft house (A/C, Heat, oven, dryer) all appliances with no issues.

First off the unit was undamaged but the packaging was torn totally apart. The Lowes Assistant asked that I come in look at it before they bring it out. Wow the packaging was trashed. We looked the unit over and saw no apparent damage. I am hoping that when the installer comes to hock it up that everything is there. VERY VERY DIAPOINTED, gives me cause to question where I order next time.
