Would Not RecommendFirst it didn't arrive when promised. Six weeks later the tracking system doesn't do the consumer any good. I couldn't reach the store, it was 7 times before someone answered my call. I asked about their tracking, if they could locate it for me and i was told to "just wait". When an item is almost $7000.00, being told yo just wait...sucks. The product had other issues where it needed something else, multiple times. When all hell broke loose!!
Would RecommendOur power went out during hurricane Ian at 2:06 pm. Twenty seconds later the generator kicked in. Needless to say it had to run for six days straight. It’s a great feeling have that power. We were able to keep up with what was going on throughout this ordeal. I would strongly recommend that you get a whole house generator. Just for that piece of mind. We were in the eye wall of that hurricane for over 6 hours. Not one time did it ever fail.
