Would RecommendI bought this about five weeks ago and have been so happy with it because we’ve talked about it for years. Within those five weeks I’ve lost power twice one was very short. The second time was a little over four hours and that was an important day for us to have power and my Generac worked perfectly.

Dead on arrival
1st unit would not work, and Generac would not stand behind the unit or repair it. The supplier had to replace at cost, and I had to eat the cost or try to repair the 1st one and the installation of the new one.

Would RecommendReplaced name-brand, ng, 15kw mobile (shed/outside/stationary) machine w 26kw Generac. Unit was fine; not enough juice to carry both ac units @ same time. Generac resolved all issues: no going outside to start, easily carries full house load, can be run during storm, no periodic inspections during extended run times. Should've done this in the first place! Great machine w perfect financing (18 mo/no interest)!
