What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the generator for reliable automatic operation, seamless power transfer within seconds, and handling high-demand appliances during outages. Many report life-changing experiences during actual power failures, describing it as a "Godsend" that keeps homes warm and routines uninterrupted. The app notifications and remote monitoring provide significant peace of mind. However, some experience WiFi connectivity issues with the mobile app, and several encountered installation delays or service inconsistencies.
