Simple does not work

Worked in all desk prior to actual power outage. Power outage, does not turn on and support can’t help now very displeased.

Not reliable and doesnt work

Worked in weekly test when power went out does not work. Extremely disappointed. Did call support they were not able to help but polite.

Living up to it’s reputation

Bought 24K and transfer switch one year ago and had it installed by Generac vendor and haven’t hard to use it yet. Everything about works as it should as it test runs every two weeks as it should.

Great features and very reliable

No power

Bought 2024. Really never used.. We just had Hurricane Isaias worked for 11hrs. Stopped No power. Opened top. Oil all over the inside. Was professionally installed. Hope this is covered limited warrantee.

No power, no problem

Purchased the Generac 26K with transfer switch in September 2026 and system is easy to operate and maintain. System is monitored by my service provider and system advises them if there is a problem with system. My Generac runs our house completely if power goes out. We opted for a in ground LP tank which is super nice and keeps yard looking good.

Happy with purchase

I bought this about a month ago and it work as described. It's a gest peace of mind just knowing the house is protected. Exercises every week as scheduled which is important. Also easy to monitor the unit thru the Mobile link

my Generator

Ordered a Generator on September 19 2026 and have not received it said coming September 29 Have not received on October 2, what the problem?

Piece of mind

Purchased the generator two years ago and have no issues. Haven’t had to use it often but it is a great comfort knowing that we are protected considering the storms that pop up increasingly

No brainer!

I bought this product for the peace of mind it provides. It supplies my house and all out buildings and as i am almost 100% electric and on a well for water I felt I needed this kind of protection to be self reliant as opposed to needing help in an emergency situation whatever that situation.

Arrived damaged, no support

The generator is damaged, the team at lowes refuses to replace unit, its a $9000 unit, and they refuse to deal with damaged item. Very disappointed The lid will.not latch, will not seal out weather, will not open.
