Would RecommendHave been a customer of GE for many years. Never had a complaint with any of their appliances. I love my new refrigerator. The lighting inside is amazing. Very quiet!! Live in an apartment and cannot even hear the motor going on. First, I was concern with the interior space, but it really works for me.

Would RecommendThe fridge looks great. The shelf of design is very smart, and the LED lighting is very helpful. The installers from Ferguson were very professional and helpful as well. The only reason this is not a five star review is the difficulty with the internal water dispenser. The button requires a lot of pressure to activate the water, which makes operation awkward and difficult.

Would RecommendMy Stainless Steel bottom freezer French door fridge was installed yesterday and it looks fabulous. No dings, no marks. Cools well (it’s only been 12 hours). But I have yet to get water to dispense or ice made. Until that happens without a service call, I am not completely satisfied.

Would Not RecommendPoor quality and unrepairable drain line which is clogged and leaks all over floor. Requires weekly defrost of bottom pan to prevent damage to floor.

Efficient and Spacious
Would Recommend5 star so far! Our LG was nothing but a nightmare. So glad to get this GE Profile! The layout is spacious with very efficient use of the door and internal space. The ice is in the freezer, the water dispenser is inside the fridge. The exterior has a nice clean look with out the water/ice dispenser. You also get more upper space this way! It feels very sturdy. The deli/meat/beverage drawer is on a metal slider, not your typical plastic fare that gets broke within the year.
