Perfect size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a counter depth refrigerator for some time now and I finally settled on the GE profile with French doors. I was worried about the capacity, but quickly realized that I didn’t need a deeper refrigerator where I could store expired products. The shelves are nice and the refrigerator lighting is excellent. It would be nice with the freezer. Space was a little bit larger, but that’s the sacrifice you make for the counter depth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the fridge for about 4 months and am pleased with it, overall. Cools well. Alerts when the door is left open. Only issue I’ve experienced is that the interior water dispenser is awkwardly placed and doesn’t seem very sturdy for the long-term. However, it’s holding up so far.

Too early for a solid review

Beautiful, well-designed refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just replaced our 17 year old GE Profile refrigerator with this one and we love it. The French doors provide much better space and the freezer is still roomy. Best of all, it is very easy to clean. Love the fingerprint resistant surface.

Spacious

Stay away

Garbage. Freeze stopped working after 10 days, two days later the refrigerator also stopped coolomb

Looks nice, bad ice maker

It's a nice looking fridge, love that the water dispenser is inside. The ice maker in the freezer offers more space in the fridge section. However, with it being only 3 months old, we are having issues with the ice maker. There is one section of the ice maker that continues to get jammed, creating loud noises/humming coming from freezer. This happens at least once a day.

basic fridge

You entertainment your doors are way too hard to close and your freezer section is way too difficult to push in. In this day and age you should be able to figure something better out I'm sure other people do cheap is not always the answer. Thank you

Best Storage

Bad product line

I'm not a fan of this product line. I will be replacing the refrigerator with another brand. The ice maker doesn't freeze ice completely before it dumps. It leaks water from the bottom with the water turned off. The tray doesn't stay on track on the freezer when it opens and closes. I'm now unsatisfied with GE products. I will be replacing the dishwasher with the set for a 3rd time. That's a whole different issue... but it leaks water too.

LOVE new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lighting in this fridge is phenomenal. The deep shelves in the doors holds much more than my previous side by side. I bought the French Door unit The freezer holds a large amount of food. I like they have a crisper for veggies and one for fruits, but you can choose the setting to be both as well

So far so Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great capacity and layout. Perfect dimensions for my area. Hard to fit some regular drinks on the shelving without removing the lower shelf completely - have put on the door instead. Would be better if the internal water could be filled by using your glass to hold down the "on" button. Awkward to press that and hold the glass.

Water dispenser button issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good fridge so far (45 days in). All the features, especially the ice maker, are in good working order. The only issue is the in-door water dispenser. The water spout is short and difficult to get a liquid container underneath so it won't spill. The water dispenser button takes my wife's full strength to depress. I am hoping that these features indicate structural sturdiness and a robust design but only time will tell.

Very Disappointed

Purchased this refrigerator thinking that the GE profile series would be a step up than the regular GE appliances. The refrigerator was delivered and installed at the end of June 2025 and already, the lights in the refrigerator have stopped working. This is not supposed to happen. The doors make a very loud popping noise when you open them no matter how softly you try and open them, and the bottom freezer drawer does as well. Makes me nervous that something is going to break soon. This refrig...

Piece of crap

Don’t waste your time or money. This fridge is a pile of crap. The icemaker has never worked correctly. The refrigerator temperature is not consistent build quality is poor. The semi trapezoidal freezer drawer is a pain to use for any useful storage. Don’t buy GE. If I were a wealthy person I would quickly haul this piece of crap to the recycling facility immediately.

We've only been using the refrigerator for one month, but so-far-so-good.
