Awesome Fridge

Very quiet. Keeps everything cool and frozen. Plenty of space and adequate storage. Easy to adjust shelves.

FREEZES EVERYTHING

Have had the fridge for about a year and a half. IT FREEZES EVERYTHING!!! It just randomly decides to cool down and freezes everything in the whole fridge. I have had to throw out so much food because of it. I like the water and ice dispensers though.

Well designed space a

Love love the size of the door shelves. They allow me to keep all my jars/containers organized thus allowing me to use the interior shelves for other things. So even though a counter depth frig has less cubic feet. It is well designed for maximum space. Also, I love having an ice maker in the freezer with lots of ice. Who wants an ice maker in the outside door taking up room inside the frig? Not me!!!

Best Counter Depth Model

We needed a counter depth model and this GE was the best. The shelving is adjustable so it allows you to store taller bottles and drink pitchers. We like the deli/cheese drawer as well. The freezer has enough space to store many items and the some shelf on the door is nice when you have small items so they will not get lost in the bottom of the freezer.

Love the internal space features. Have lots of room for different items and different cold setting for various products. This presents less freezing for delicate veggies like lettuce!

Early review

Have only had the refrigerator for about a month. So far, I have concerns about how long it takes to make ice, the amount of ice and it’s cooling ability. The unit doesn’t have a very big ice bin so we go through it quickly. The problem is it seems to take a while to make ice. Working on figuring out best place for milk and such. Love the look of the refrigerator and seems to have plenty of storage room.

Won’t buy this type again due to capacity.

The Profile GE refrigerator’s capacity isn’t sufficient for me. I have a Frigidaire model that is my backup in the garage and I have more space in that French door model. Also, the GE inside water dispenser is cumbersome to use.

Love the space we save!

I recently purchased a GE Profile refrigerator in counter depth and love it! Very spacious with even being counter depth. The look is very sleek and modern. I like the inside water option and the ice maker is fantastic with the amount of ice it makes

GE Fridge

It's a great refrigerator. I had a GE profile from 2003, and the dimensions for this one are much larger than those of the previous refrigerator. It fits nicely into my kitchen.

Modern looking with great features!

Installation was super easy. The fridge space is more then enough plus it looks super modern and sleek!

Great features

I love the refrigerator and appreciate the inside design and space as well as the fingerprint free surface. The only issue I have is that the pink plastic wrap that covered the whole appliance is still in all the nooks and crannies even after a valiant attempt by the delivery and installation folks who tried their best to remove it. I would like to take a sharp object and try to remove it myself but I do not want to scratch or damage this beautiful fridge!

Poor Cooling Performance

Our refrigerator has not properly cooled since day 1. At first, we just thought it didn't feel as cool as it should be, so we slowly moved the setting down over a few weeks until it was eventually at the lowest setting of 34 degrees. Still unhappy with the cooling, we decided to install a bluetooth thermometer. It shows that it runs at an average of 40 degrees.
