Great features!

I love the amount of room in the refrigerator and the flexibility it offers to configure the shelf to the contents. The freezer is roomy and the ice maker works great.

Very disappointed.

I bought all new appliances for my new kitchen. Had a problem with the refrigelater. 1 year later, then my stove went my dishwasher very bad products. Would not recommend there should be a recall on these products.

Perfect Refrigerator

Love GE Profile products. This new refrigerator is perfect size, more than enough room, quiet and with all the features and options we could ever want. Workmanship and finish perfect

Terrible design

This model is crap. The interior water dispenser is so hard to press you have to use a knife or a screwdriver to press the button to get water. The doors are hard to close and swing back at you if you don't push them hard enough to close. I hate it and want to replace it.

Very quiet

Love the sleek look and bright lights inside. And it’s surprisingly quiet. Did a lot of researching and decided for the value, the Profile series was the best choice.

Update GE with GE

The GE Profile refrigerator just has that extra bit of class and durability feel to it. We opted for the in freezer ice maker and it would be nice if the ice was rotated or filled from the back as we take the oldest first and refresh the supply each time we take some out.

Great features, but.....

We love the convenience of the french door model. However the fridge failed and had to be replaced after 18 months.

Poor quality for the price.

Poor quality. Multiple trips for tech to fix doors to shut properly. Had to order new parts for brand new refrigerator. Still working on fixing.

Disappointed

I am currently waiting for my 2nd replacement (3rd unit). The first broke down and spoiled the entire freezer and refrigerator worth of food. The second one has a freezer door issue doesn't close correctly and leaks out the side. Disappointed is an understatement.

Awful after barely 4 years of use!

DO NOT BUY. We remodeled our kitchen in 2020. Summer 2020. We made the mistake of going with GE's Profile line of appliances. Fast forward to the present and our dishwasher is hanging on by thread and our fridge is now also falling apart. The inside of the fridge itself is the problem, one of the door shelfs straight up broke for no reason - while one on the other side is coming apart as well. Update to previous review; Everything works great on replacement refrigerator delivered yesterday, in time for a birthday celebration! Works as it should with plenty of ice, even after discarding first batch as directed! Guests raved about the sleek look of the doors. Disappointed

Broke a few days after we got it (water) is out, ice occasionally. Compressor is very noisy too. Should have bought a Bosch.

Handles are made of cheap platic and break

Do NOT BUY! Handles are made or cheap plastic. They break after 3 years. Freezer handle broke first, then few month later right door handle broke. See pictures. These appliances are too expensive for this type of quality issues. This is the exterior, makes me wonder how is the inside critical components made?

"DO NOT BUY". Handles are made of cheap plastic and will break with normal standard use after 2 - 3 years. My freezer handle broke first and then few months later my fridge door handle. See pictures. There is an existing recall for this issue but off course my model is not included even thought it was bought 3 years ago. These appliances are way too expensive to expect this kind of issue.

Review

We like the layout of shelves and drawers. Very similar to our previous GE Profile refrigerator, which was very reliable for over 12 years.

Great Quality!

If you’re looking for a counter depth that looks good with plenty of room then this is it. Has a lot of good qualities. Runs really quiet, great lighting and plenty of shelving.

Roomy Interior

I am very happy with my GE Profile refrigerator. No bulky internal filters, lights or ice makers that get in the way of putting food anway inside. The top two door bins are big enough for three rows of condiments on both sides of doors. The whole fridge is just roomier. Love the space!

Great Space

The space in the top refrigeration part is wonderful. This is the first french door refrigerator I have owed and so far am loving it.
