Initial Presentation Not Ideal

Upon delivery I was very disappointed that after paying as much as we did for the refrigerator that my wife and I have spent at least four hours cleaning the manufacturing grime, grease and adhesives from the unit. The biggest two complaints are that the protective film on the stainless steel is embedded under the molding and is not cerated to rip off cleanly. Instead there are remnants of plastic film that are too small to pull on and use of a knife or tool could damage the stainless surface. T...

good all around fridge

have only had this fridge for 4 days but so far love it. a little noisy when the ice maker is busy but quiet otherwise.

Capacity is great for our needs.

We love the configuration of the refrigerator. It very much meets our needs.

Disappointed!

Disappointed! I got rid of a problem Samsung to buy this fridge. I Love the design, but the water dispenser is so hard to press that it literally Is painful. It takes two hands to fill the water. The ice production is so slow That it takes three days to fill the bin. If you have a party, the ice will be gone in no time and will take days to refill.

Nice Refrigerator!

I've had the product less than 24 hours, but so for the refrigerator looks great and is working well. A small note to new owners. When the refrigerator was turned on, only the frig was cooling. The bottom freezer really didn't start cooling until the top fridge reached its 38 degree temp, which took about 7 hours.

Really great refrigerator

The metallic gray color is great. Tired of the stainless steel. The LED lighting inside lights up everything from front to back. Loads of options inside with the adjustable shelves and the compartment in both doors. The deep freezer draw is so much nicer than the skinny side by side freeze that we had before.

Very good, but could be better.

The fridge works well and is quiet. LED lighting is fabulous. Drawers are ok, but a little small and clunk. Shelves are good, but not fancy. Biggest complaint is the water dispenser inside the fridge. The button is very hard to press, so it takes two hands (one to hold the glass and one (thumb) to press hard on the button) in order to get water. Badly designed.

Nice Looking Refrigerator

Replaced my 7 year old GE refrigerator with this. Interior is small.

Water dispenser is a disaster

The water dispenser button is so hard to push. It takes all your force. A child could never work it. It takes 2 hands to fill water. It only makes 1 tray of ice every six hours. Takes 3 days to fill ice bin. If you have company ice bin will be empty. I’m so disappointed because I researched and waited 2 years to buy this refrigerator. Everything else is great as long as you don’t need plentiful ice or easy water.

Storage is great, feels like high quality.

Like the layout. Chose the Profile for quality and service reviews, plus the twin cooling system. But after 4 days the loud buzz, presumably of the compressor, is surprising. Hope it reduces soon. Also the fridge doors are heavy with no soft close, so beware if your hands have arthritis. An adjustment that I didn't expect.

Nothing but problems

I've had this refrigerator a little over a year. I had to get it serviced only 4 months in because it froze all my refrigerator food. Now, it's not refrigerating at all. The only way to keep my food cold is by using the turbo cool feature and stocking ice in the refrigerator. I thought GE was a reliable brand but this is ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Great Fridge

Exceeded expectations!

Looks great, works great and fits perfectly in or kitchen. Love this refrigerator. Had it for several weeks and no problems.

Counter depth and great features

We love the refrigerator, particularly the counter depth which gives us more open space in the kitchen. We also like the ice maker being in the freezer and the water dispenser being located inside the refrigerator instead of through the door.

Just what we needed!

Just installed today and we think we're really going to like this fridge! Jake and Taylor did a great job on the install. Timely and very quick!

Great look and features
