Overall great refrigerator.

We used to have GE Profile refrigerator for 17 years and have replace it with a new Profile. We like this refrigerator. More sophisticated than the previous model. Nice design. Bright light inside. Keeping a stable temperature in the main area and the freezer.

Not worth it.

Nothing but problems. Very loud. Bought the extended warranty and they keep coming out. Replaced fans. Ice make and water slowed down to a stop. They said need to replace the filter more. Just bought a new fill tee and now nothing comes out. Stay away from GE not a quality product like it used to be.

Nightmare

This Refrigerator has been nothing but a hassle from day one. the fresh food condenser gets iced up every couple months. I have replaced every piece that has to do with the defrost function and nothing has fixed the issue. the support from GE has been non existent. Researching has proved that the design of this fridge is very poor. Big surprise that GE no longer makes this model.

Good Quality

Refrigeration is a quality product, doors shut & seal tight. Very good temperature control.

Love Profile line

Have always used GE products. Currently have Profile line in our kitchen. Last refrigerator (GE Profile) lasted 20 years. Great products. Efficient, stylish, designed well and very good quality.

GE Profile Cabinet depth refrigerator

So far so good. Some great features. Only complaint is that the button inside the fridge door for filtered water is very hard to press. You have to lean your whole body into it. This needs to be changed.

Bright light is this refrigerator’s primary appeal

Just received this and am amazed at the wonderful lighting inside. Not happy that only the temperature settings are shown and not the real temps! For the money, that is a sore point. Good looking exterior and nice my ice maker is hooked up I will try that out!

GE Profile Refrigerator

Incredible fridge!

After my 17 year old GE Profile fridge broke down I decided to buy the latest GE Profile fridge and wow what a difference! I absolutely love this fridge. Not only does it look great but it holds a lot and you no longer take away from the space inside the fridge and freezer by having the water dispenser inside and the ice maker in one of the huge freezer compartments.

Hello…the Refrigerator is great except I’m going to have to have service come and check a few things. The icemaker seems to be taking forever to Make ice and the water dispenser also is very slow functioning. I’m wondering if the straw like tube that Dispenses the water is too small. Also I I would like service to check the clearance between the top of the fridge to upper cabinet. Can’t open the doors of the cabinet unless we open the fruit refrigerator. Fits nicely!

We are very happy with our counter depth GE refrigerator. We are particularly happy to not have water or ice in the door any longer. This model has water inside and the ice drawer pulls out and continuously makes ice. The depth is particularly nice since it doesn't stick very far out from the countertops and provides a built-in look. Best Replacement AVailable

Replaced prior identical model. Just wanted a new working refrigerator like the one that worked so well for so many years without any issue, then just gave up and stopped cooling. Very glad the identical model was available with several nice improvements.

Compressor went out after 15 months

I purchased and installed this "top of the line G.E. Profile" Refrigerator in April 2022, after the first GE Fridge I bought locally stopped working within a month of installation. The compressor on this "Top of the Line G.E. Profile" Fridge went out in 15 months.

Small issues

I gave this four stars because of the water dispenser inside the refrigerator and the icemaker. The water dispenser is very hard to press and we probably won’t even use it because of that. Also, the icemaker gets ice all over the inside of the freezer not just in the container, other than that, I really really like my fridge

What an Upgrade!

Our last fridge was running OK but getting long in the tooth, so we decided to upgrade it before it failed. We got our desired door layout and the cabinet depth, but we are also so pleased with the interior lighting, the generous deli drawer, and the very adaptable door and interior shelving. Great refrigerator

I’m very satisfied with this refrigerator. It has plenty of interior volume and has excellent lighting. The counter depth of the unit makes it fit well with the existing cabinetry and makes for easier access to the cabinet above it. The unit is quiet, too. The deli tray is roomy and offers flexibility for storage. The French doors provide easy access without projecting into the rest of the kitchen.
