In certain ways being "Profiled" is a good thing

I have had quite a few GE appliances over the years and have been continually as we have moved around. The Profile series have been exceptional.

Nice design

Love the look of our counter depth refrigerator. Has all the basic features we need.

Nice looking

Don't like you are not able to tell what temperature the fridge and freezer are.

Excellent size at counter depth!

This refrigerator has so much space and yet fits better than even in my kitchen at counter depth. Shelves are flexible depending on needs at a time without having to actually move them.

Great so far

Nice fridge, we have only had it for a week. It runs quiet and has nice space, and layout for items. Good lighting also.

Compressor failed at 18 mo

Compressor failed after 18 months. We’ve been without a refrigerator 3 weeks now. GE home service is scheduling 2-3 weeks out. By the time our refrigerator is fixed, it will be close to two months.

Perfect size

Works great; plenty of room.

This refrigerator was installed about a month ago. It is reasonably quiet and has nice features in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. It is a little deeper than our previous counter-depth refrigerator. Hence it protrudes a little more beyond the counter and is a little taller - not a problem for us. The only thing we did not like is the pale blue plastic protective wrap that covers the stainless steel. It is almost impossible to remove it all from where it is attached under the door...

Cools well

We just installed it. It is cooling fast and appears to work well

Getting use to it.

I'm getting use to the refrigerator/freezer layout as this is the first French door/ bottom freezer I've owned. I appreciate the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. I do like it overall.

Great interior lighting in food section and freeze

Great interior lighting in food section and freezer. Holds temperature as expected.

Sadly disappointed ...

Unfortionally in less than a year we are experiencing the temperature in the top French door section is not maintaining an accurate temperature, not even close. It's about 20 degrees off.

Still learning!!!!

Still too early to rate and review this product. Still learning all the features. So far, so good.

Love the deep door shelves

There are so many features I like. I got the icemaker in the freezer and its nice to always have loads of ice cubes. The door shelves are deep and can hold half gallon or gallon milk cartons. It saves from having to dig around in the back of the refrigerator looking for things. I also like the warning on the door if doors are left ajar. Lots of room and well-thought out interior making for a very convenient refrigerator.

GE Profile makes an excellent refrigerator. Very clean stainless doors with no fingerprints! Very pleased with our choice!

Love it!

So far, so good. We had a GE Profile previously and liked it. It had two drawers for the freezer portion, so I'm getting used to only having one, but I think the new one holds more. We did not want an outside ice/water dispenser. The ice maker puts out plenty and shuts off when the bin is full. The water dispenser in the side wall is a bit awkward, so we don't use it much. There are other GE designs that has the water in the door, but they didn't fit the space we have. I'd still recommend...

Great styling!

So far we love it. It runs very quietly and since there are only two of us the smaller interior with the cabinet depth has not been a problem. We don’t have the waterline hooked up yet but the ice and water feature will be so convenient. And it’s beautiful!
