Would RecommendBought this about a month ago to ease the splitting of firewood. Probably wont split cords at a time, but works well for smaller batches. We have a smaller firebox, so this was perfect. This has really saved my back and joints!

Would RecommendEverything so far is great with my log splitter. The only suggestion I have is to have a way to split using only one hand. Every now and then you need to adjust your log to split better.

Would RecommendFor the price this piece of equipment works very well. I can split smaller pieces of wood that would be difficult to do by hand, but it also splits the larger stuff I have too. Very satisfied with the purchase

Although I have used this splitter for only +/- 15 hours, I am impressed with its power and splitting ability. The two-hand operation is not the problem I thought it would be. I would have given it 5 stars, but too early to report on the durability, although I believe it will perform well for a long time. I'll revise this review to 5 stars when it does. The rails are strong and handling for portability is good with this design. Runs relatively quiet. Splits large logs that I doubt it will...
