What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this generator for exceptional power, reliability, and quiet operation. Most highlight its ability to power entire homes simultaneously—including central AC units, refrigerators, freezers, septic pumps, and water heaters—often using only a fraction of capacity during extended outages. Reviewers consistently note surprisingly quiet performance for its size, attributing this to inverter technology. Many report trouble-free cold starts and successful use through multiple hurricanes. Setup is straightforward with appreciated features like remote start and dual 50-amp outlets. A few experienced early failures or incomplete documentation, though these concerns are vastly outweighed by positive feedback.

Solid Unit
Would RecommendI have been breaking in the generator over the last few days, all has gone well. I have done a complete test of the systems and the generator supplied power to my shop lights and to one of my heaters and with that load it didn't make it up to normal idle. Likes:1. trickle charger for battery. 2. Bag of accessories. 3. Clear set up and start-up. 4. Clear control panel Cons:1. No replacement numbers for oil or air filter. I've looked in both manuals. 2. Amount of oil is confusing. In the...

Satisfied Customer
Would RecommendI purchased it two months ago and got to run it for the first time yesterday. I followed all the instructions from the manual and it all worked like a champ. I was able to run my home with all its appliances (2 tons ac systems) and some power tools and a water well pump.

Well made
Would RecommendJust purchased this after being without power for 5 days. Haven’t had to use it yet but it seems to be well made. Only complaint I have is that nobody makes a cover for it so you can use it during bad weather.

XP16000 Outstanding
Would RecommendI own the XP12000 dual fuel which works well, but I decided to upgrade. The XP16000 appears to be a great unit. I’m 67 years old and it was not too hard to uncrate, but would be better with two people. Set up is simple, the addition of the remote start fob and battery tender is a wonderful idea. The manual needs a little work, adding part numbers and a correction to the storage instructions. Hooking up to my propane system was easy and starting the unit went off without a hitch. I’m excited to p...

Exceeded our expectations
Would RecommendIn one word wow! This generator met and overwhelmingly exceeded our expectations. First off it arrived in great shape. The set up was easy and the instructions crystal clear. We went through our break in period today and then a few hours later our power went out. So we were able to have our whole house up and running with no problem at all. We were surprised that there is no way to pull start. But since it includes a battery tender that seems to solve that problem. Very happy with our purcha...
