This is my second purchase of this brand. Our daughter and son-in-law just added a baby to the family in Austin this January. They live in an older duplex with a working fireplace in the living room but were hesitant to use it because of the age. I had this fireplace insert shipped to them. Delivery was great arriving next day.
The delivery service was great, I had it installed to heat 350sq.ft but it does nto put our enough heat it seems the fan does not work as well as it should I am having it looked at again. It was advertised to heat 400sq.ft. I would recommend your Company to a friend and also the firelogs it I can get it to work.

This fireplace is worth every penny. Our wood burning fireplace in the hearth room was messy and too cold when there wasn't a fire, so we used a space heater just to be comfortable. we bought an old house with 7 fireplaces that have been sealed up, and we ordered one of the deluxe 23 inch dimplex units-liked it so much that we ordered 3 more, now plan to order an additional 2 more for a total of 6! they have such a realistic flame and with no assembly they are a dream to set up. Absolutely the best for us.

This is very nice to look at , I am not sure it is really heating the vent is at the top of the unit. I was told to,pull it all the way to the front of my opening and that would force the heat down. But do love the look and feel it gives

Use this fireplace inside my built in fireplace in my living room. Looks absolutely real and adds character to my home. Which it gave a little more heat. The heat is fine when I sit on the floor right next to the fireplace.
