Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT XR 20-volt Max 7-1/4-in Brushless Cordless ( Battery Not Included and Charger Not Included)

so far so good

I bought this as a replacement to the 6 1/2" Dewalt circular saw, I actually like it, gotten used to the smaller one that was the opposite side blade, that took some getting used to, dosnt hold a charge quite as long as the older one did and is alot heavier, but I think I will be ok with it after awhile.

Nice Saw

I have used this saw a very limited amount since I bought it. That being said it feels good in the hand. Has a good balance and nice grip. LED light on the front is a nice added touch for darker work areas. The aluminum base plate with sharp edges is nice so it does ride up over a straightedge or square. Rafter hook is nice. The only thing I don’t like about it is the safety to start the saw. Some of the other Dewalt saws have a nicer style toggle you push down. I personally like to have no s...

20 volt 7 1/4 circular saw

Powerful saw, battery lasts and motor brake makes this saw safe to use.

Great Tool with excellent power

Great tool as always...Best brand in the business...

DeWalt XR Circ Saw

I bought this to add to my growing collection of XR tools from DeWalt. This saw does not disappoint. I was able to pick it up from Lowe’s with the charger/3ah battery pack included. I already have a number of other battery packs so this really was just a bonus. The saw is a major upgrade over prior models where the safety cover is now magnesium vs the prior gen’s plastic. It really does take a ton of abuse and the brake works really well. The light works well but should be angled a bit more towa...

Great little saw. Works as good as my corded saws.

Compact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this saw for a while and it gets all of the jobs done. Plenty of power and run time.

Will power through anything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this saw for about a year now and I love it! It took a little while to get used to because it is set up a little different than the 18v. Having the light and the extra blade side is a must!

Can't do without!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a few months ago adding to my collection. I had been impressed by every tool I had bought and swapped for DeWalt but could not have expected such a difference. All of the saws I had used before had the same issues of constantly grabbing and being stuck, taking too long to shut off and feeling not enough. Since buying this any job I've done I've cut what feels like time in half, it's smooth light and my favorite part stops on a dime. Yo...

Cordless saw with power and run time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw has plenty of power to rip and cross cut hardwood lumber. I use this saw to break down 2 to 2 1/4" boards. Not only does it have power but the run time on the 5ah batteries is solid.

Great balanced saw that keeps on cutting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my 20v xr circular saw. Works great, balanced and high quality. I use it on our 5 acre property... all of my Dewalt tools get a ton of use!
