What Customers Are Saying
The railing system is described as well-made, sturdy, and attractive, with a durable powder-coated aluminum construction. However, many customers struggled with the installation process due to unclear and inadequate instructions, lacking diagrams and illustrations. This led to frustration, wasted time and materials, and in some cases, incorrect installations. Some customers also reported missing or incorrect parts in the packaging, further complicating the installation. While the product itself seems to be of good quality, the poor instructions and lack of customer support make this a challenging choice for many DIY homeowners.

Would Not RecommendI had a professional install these railings and he has had to come back 3 times. It is incredibly cheap and dangerous, as I installed these for my elderly mother. The handrails come out of the joints easily. He had to install L brackets and it doesn't look good. Paint has already chipped off, after 1 day. The posts by the same company also came with a missing trim post cap. Now I have an unstable hand railing and it will cost a lot to replace, not to mention the holes in my walls and my deck. :(...
Good product (if all the parts are there)
Would RecommendPurchased 2 of the stair rails and 2 of the regular railing systems and half of the boxes were missing the brackets needed for installation. Check product prior to starting project. Besides that issue, the rails are very sturdy (when installed correctly) and look great.

Pretty but flawed
I had a deck built 2 years ago and soon after it was completed I started to see cracks on some bottom part of the stairs railing. Now this is how it looks, the bottom part popped out of one of them and all are cracked. I'm checking with the contractor but this will probably not be covered by his warranty and I have no clue what will be my options to fix this. Very disappointed.

don't bother even reading the directions for the stair rail install they are useless. Just buy an extra rail cause your gonna screw it up. Even if you do get it centered on the first try you will realize the height of the top rail is like 39 inches off the stairs. To tall ,then you have to cut all the balusters ,then put it all back together, then take apart the brackets that you temporarily put together to figure out the cuts, so you can install the part that is screwed to the post ,then put th...

BIGGEST PAIN TO INSTALL - PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR
I’ll start by saying that im a business owner and professional contractor. This brand and style of railing is an absolute nightmare to install. The majority of aluminum railings have mounting BRACKETS and then a sleeve that covers the brackets and rail ends. It alllws you to make quick cuts with a cut off wheel as it hides about 1.5” of the end of each rail AND gives you 1.5-2” of wiggle room when mounting. If your cut is off 1/4” on one side it doesnt matter because the rail sits on 2” bracke...

Matte finish is dumb
Would Not RecommendOK product, a decent alternative to wrought iron which is very expensive and pressure treated lumber which looks horrible. Installation is not for the weekend warrior - I had the railing mounting to brick and FRP columns, and was a pain. Biggest beef I have is the finish - matte, really?? For example, I had to trim just a bit of length and used my belt sander, the fine dust actually became imbedded in the finish. Or if your hands are dirty, the finish will mar and will no longer be perfect. ...
