Form Meets Function

I absolutely love it. It strikes a perfect balance between sleek design and thoughtful functionality. Design-wise, it’s stunning. The counter-depth style gives a built-in, high-end look, and the four-door layout adds a modern, organized feel. The stainless steel finish (or customizable handles and colors, depending on your choice) makes it a standout in the kitchen—clean, elegant, and professional. The interior is spacious and well-lit, with adjustable shelves that make it easy to accommodate l...

Beautiful with great features

We replaced a 30 year old built in GE monogram. This counter depth cafe model is beautiful. The space is deceiving as it holds more than you think it would and the inside is very organized. Love the middle drawer and all of the freezer drawers and storage. Having the ice maker in the door is great as it doesn’t take away any freezer space. It’s perfect.

Horrible customer service- never again

I paid a fortune for these appliances and the fridge came with no drawers. I have called Lowe’s and cafe over 10 times with no one taking accountability or helping to get me the parts I paid for. 3 weeks now and I can’t stock my fridge. I will never buy cafe or from Lowe’s again. Absolutely terrible customer service. Oh and I paid for a 5 year warranty.

Features are great.

Great space, quiet, efficient. Love the backlight, and extra freezer drawers

Beautiful features inside and out

In a word….stunning! Black matte with brushed bronze handles.. looks like a piece of art in my kitchen. Also functional with great capacity, shelving and lighting.

All features are great!

Best Refrigerator we ever purchased! Shelves are perfect, water/ice dispenser are perfect.

Not super impressed

Based on what is available and the cost of this unit. We are not very impressed. It's a nice unit and we like the refrigeration section layout but the drawers seem a bit cheap. Same with the freezer drawer, it seems flimsy. For the cost, the drawers should be much nicer. We like the wifi option to handle settings and notifications. If it were not for the fact that this was one of the only units that fit in our location, we would have bought a different brand. It definitely overpriced for ...

Great features!

Beautifully made appliance. It’s sleek and configured perfectly to for us. The autofill has been absolutely fantastic. Only downside is the smaller capacity ice compartment and a non-refrigerated water line. Otherwise perfect.

Good refrigerator, nice design, unfortunately...

We like the design and functionality of the Cafe refrigerator, however, we were disappointed that the defrost cycle doesn't work and that a fan will have to be replaced, all this as the product is new.

Great beauty

Beautiful, large, convenient I am very satisfied so far!

Look

We love the look of our new refrigerator and the auto sensing for the water is awesome!! Also love the way the light comes on when you walk up to the door …

Stay away so so Disappointed

Total junk….noises have been admitted by company and they have denied to fix. This happened day 1 on our purchase.

Great features, great look.

Great refrigerator. Love the extra drawer we use for water. Large door shelves hold a lot. Love the look and it complements our kitchen.

looks great

not easy to connect to wifi not easy to download instruction manual

Best design ever!

Clearly this refrigerator was designed by a persons (women) who understand what is needed in a refrigerator. I think the design is absolutely brilliant. Extremely functional with a variety of usable options, excellent delineation of space, accessible trays, shelves and bins. The best and most functional refrigerator ever. Kudos.
