Clearly there's something wrong with your supply chain. Could someone on your team please reply to these inquiries with anything other than "we should get new stock in 2 to 4 weeks?" Like most of the other people on this thread I recently purchased this printer and need to know if I will ever be able to get ink for it? Honesty is the best policy in business and in life. Please just give us some concrete answers.

Same as every other reviewer. How do you sell a product and then don't have the ink to be able to use the printer. Now I own a large, expensive paper weight that is less than 4 months old.If brother can't get their act together it will be time to replace with another brand and never buy brother agian

The pandemic is over and having a printer with no ink does absolutely nothing to my bottom line. I am having to buy another printer just so I can continue with my daily work orders and invoices. Brother (pun) you sure messed this one up.

No Ink! Being held hostage by my brother...
I can understand if there is a supply chain issue. I would prefer to purchase brother ink, but since it's going to be a month or more until we can get ink, I'd like to use a refill kit as a workaround until the cartridges I purchased became available. But the brother cartridges, once they think they are empty, the chip won't allow it to be reloaded. Can we have a workaround until we can get ink??

Why sell a printer and not have the ink in stock?
Not quite sure why you would still be selling a printer that you cannot get ink for. I think Brother has made a HUGE mistake here with no explanation as to why we can't get ink for this printer. A little clarification might help - something besides oh, it will be in stock soon. When is soon?
