Pack your patience with this playset

The directions could be clearer with the details of how the bolts go together. These 63 year old eyes had a tuff time reading the plans. Some of the pieces were missing and broken. There phone number NO ONE answers it. Order replacement parts on line. The build sheet says 5 hours for the intermediate builder. I would say more like 8 when you have to wait for replacement pieces.

Nice price but…

Nice price but a lot of compromises - poorly drilled holes I had to re-drill, some missing hardware (a few screws), flaking factory stain, and some pre cracked boards from the factory drilling. The worst thing was a lot of warped boards. Almost nothing could be square / level once it was all said and done. I know there is a wood shortage (2021) but these were some janky boards. Would not buy again or reccomend to a friend. When it was all said and done we did have a playset though it took some...

Love it!

We bought this a month ago. Shipping was quick! It arrived in less than a week! Assembly was challenging but doable with 2 people at least. One of the pieces was cut wrong, so we had to cut it down to fit properly. Other then that, it’s a great swing set and perfect for our small backyard. Very sturdy too!

Great Product for the Price

First up, double the build time. It took us 10 hours to complete the assembly, but the good news is that the instructions are very clear, the parts are well labeled, it is just a big project. In fact, I was quite impressed with how easily the full assembly was to complete. Everything is good quality, and the hardware looks plenty tough enough. My grand-daughter loves it!

flimsy and broken pieces

The wood feels very flimsy, came with pieces that were broken. The bench pieces didn't fit correctly, some of the holes didn't align right. Over priced for the quality of everything.

Great find!

I looked online for months at many of this type of play sets. I read hundreds of reviews. This was the one that had the highest reviews overall. I found most of the lower scores were based upon the length of time it takes to put together. I could not be happier with the quality of the product of the speed of delivery. It does take many hours to put together but this is because of the amount of parts and the quality of construction. The instructions were easy to follow with only one blank stare ...

My two grandsons(2 1/2) have enjoyed it so far!!! We have only had it up a little over a week, but do farvits great!!! My husband and Son in law did have to do searching when looking for hardware.

I have a toddler and teenager. Its perfect for my little one but its a little small for my big. It is easy to assemble. The top wont last in texas but i accepted that when purchasing. All and all it is decent
