I’ve owned Bobsweep for over two years. I also own two short hair cats. At first, I was skeptical since I was used to my trusty Electrolux. I have a bobsweep and absolutely love it. It’s easy to use and control. The customer service is so helpful. I had a problem with mine and Gabe went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I got the best experience possible. I would recommend this one. They are pet friendly, not real loud and can be put on a time limit. It is affordable and the customer service is the VERY BEST.

Underbed per hair?? Not Anymore!

My Bobswep gets all that unwanted pet hair from area you both see and diontt! I run daily in heavy ply used pet areas and it works great. Customer service has been great. I had a few parts that needed replacing. They replaced broken parts for free and followed up to make sure Bob was back up and running. In these days where customer service is not a priority it is a refreshing change.

New and Improved Bob

The new and improved Bob works like a champ. It paired easily with the BobBlock to create an invisible barrier to keep him out of trouble spots. My old Bob roughed up the edges of a thick rug trying to find a way on. He would squeeze under the couch and get stuck. I didn’t have time to supervise his overachieving work. The BobBlock keeps him off the rug and from under the couch. I can use the mop attachment knowing he will stick to the hardwoods. The new Bob easily cleans for an hour and return...

My Wife wanted to try this Gizmo

While it did seem to vacuum up a lot of fuzz and soil? that my canister vacuum may have missed, I am not impressed. So far it vacuums as it rolls around bouncing off walls and furniture like a toy car. Works about 45 minutes then takes 15 minutes just rolling around looking for its charging station. It takes 4+ hours to charge for 45 minutes of work. I knew guys like that at my job. It's a toy really and I would prefer to wait until the "Positronic Man" is avilable.

Dissapointed

This was a huge disappointment,and I do not know where to begin. I do not write reviews, but felt I had to this time. Do Not waste your money. I am easy to please, but this unit is junk....trust me.

bObsweep is AMAZING

I purchase my bObsweep a little over a year ago and have been TREMENDOUSLY happy with Bob. I have a Labrador Retriever that is constantly shedding. Bob effortlessly picks the hair up! In addition, I have 2 active teenage boys. Bob also scoops up their messes effortlessly! And Bob is so simple to use. Both my sons are able to launch him with ease. Better and stronger version

I had the previous version of Bobsweep Pet model and loved it until it just quite working. I had owned it at least two years already and didn’t expect much for help from the company. I was very pleased with their customer service. They replaced Bob with a newer, better version for basically the cost of shipping and processing. The new bob it clearly stronger and more powerful.

This vacuum is great!!! It took no time to get it set up and now I don't have to worry about the floors because bOb takes care of them!!! I was really surprised at the suction this little thing has. It would be great if we could program our husbands and kids so easily!!!!

I love Bob

I have had my Bobsweep for about an year and a half. Is a great addition to vacuuming on weekends. Somehow I accidentally dumped the filter once. Customer service was great and promptly send sent out a new filter.

Outstanding customer service and product!

I have spent over a half century working in some phase of customer service. I can truly say BObsweep surpasses anything I have encountered in that time. I cannot heap sufficient praise on a young man who has been my first and most efficient contact with the company. Overall Bob does his thing very well

We have a Golden retriever and the shedding is constant. Sweeping daily is no longer part of our routine and fur balls roaming freely no longer exist. Our floors, carpet and rugs look nice and Bob vacuums under the beds which we usually missed. This is a wonderful machine and we are pleased with it's performance. However he isn't perfect.
