So much almost there

I’ve had a bOb pet hair for years. Overall the performance has been very good to excellent. The dirt container is very large and the machine is powerful. One does need to take some time to come to know and understand how to set up bOb and the home to work harmoniously. bOb isn’t a thinking robot. I don’t believe there is much if any artificial intelligence in bOb’s circuitry. So, the human needs to read, watch communicate with customer support and do the maintenance! BoBSweep Round 2

I purchased a Bob about 3 or 4 years ago and it did a great job! But eventually it’s life ran out and I contacted the service team. They were fantastic and replaced it with the newer version at a discounted price. This new version is working great and does the job!

Good Customer Service

I have had Bob going on 2 years now and have sent him in a couple times for service. It is always very prompt and he comes back a new bot. The price initially was very reasonable. Just wish he had an app.

The new Bob rocks!

We have had the new series Bob for several weeks now and he is a strong performer. The vacuum power is stronger and he collects much more dust, dirt and pet hair is during the daily scheduled cleaning. He travels further than our first Bob and always makes it back to his charging station. Programming using the remote vs. the buttons on top of Bob is a also huge improvement and is simple and fast. Bottom line, the new series rocks!

So disappointed...

Let me preface my review by saying, I had a different brand robot vac before I purchased this one, and I wasn't really keen on buying another, thus the reason for choosing this one. I saw that 96% of the reviews were 4 and 5 star, so I thought, no way this could go wrong! I brought this guy home at the beginning of August and was immediately upset about the fact that it's ALMOST FIVE INCHES THICK AND WOULDN'T FIT UNDER MY FURNITURE!!!! I love my Bob

I have 2 dogs that shed a lot. I bought the Bob because it's specifically for pet hair. It's fabulous. I highly recommend this product to anyone with shedding animals. I will try to Mop on it pretty soon.

Excellent helper!

I cannot remember ever having lived without this fantastic helper! He vacuums every morning for 2 hours before he goes back to his charging base(on his own) of course. Our wood floors always look clean and shiny, even with our 3 furry pets. Our malamute keeps Bob busy daily. More than expected

I have owned bObSweep Pet hair Robotic Vacuum for 3 years in November and bOb has not ever let me down when it's time for him to do his Job ,and No Talk Back. I own a White German Shepherd and she is constantly Blowing Coat and my floors are wood and its very noticeable . With all the hair bOb has No problem with this task. I Love my bObsweep

I adore my bObsweep and I'll be getting one for any place I own in the future. I have a dog who sheds like crazy and this guy keeps the hair bombs to a minimum. Given enough days, bOb will catch 90% of it in all the rooms of the house. It will not replace your vacuum. There are places bOb can't get. Bob has his moments, but they are very honest on the reviews and in the manuel. Basically move cords out of his way & he doesn't do well on thick carpet. I use him on my hardwood floors. He is great. I empty him everytime I use him and kinda wipe him down. The side brush is great at pulling stuff in! I didn't realize my dog had so much hair? He gets edges if you don't have stuff in his way. We love Bob!

Bob is one of the greatest additions to our home. We have a long haired large dog and we just couldn't keep up with all that hair. We bought Bob and what a tremendous little machine. He has the largest bin for pet hair that I have seen. I programmed Bob and at 8pm every night he goes out and cleans, cleans and cleans. I did have a minor issue with Bob but customer service was amazing. I highly recommend anyone with animals to buy this product. Bob is amazing!

I love my bObby! I’ve had my bObsweep for a little over two years. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it does get stuck occasionally. It cleans the dog hair off my hard surface floors like a champ. I did start having trouble with it acting erratically after about a year and a half. Luckily they have the BEST customer service. Can't live with out it!

I love this robot vacuum! I can't believe the dust it picks up. I never see any dust bunnies in the house, but when I empty the trap it is filled. It's so nice that it can reach places under furniture my regular vacuum can't reach. I did have some trouble with my robot falling down the stairs a few times, but I called bOb and they were able to replace the unit for a nominal fee even though it wasn't under warranty.

Love the amount of pet hair it picks up.

I think it is better than my conventional upright.

We love Bob!

Bobsweep has been a huge help in keeping our house clean. We are impressed by the customer service as well. We will probably purchase a second one for the other side of the house.

We've had bObsweep PetHair for 3 years already and we honestly can not go a day without using it! bOb got sick once before and it was the longest couple of weeks for our household. We run it daily and carry it upstairs every other day. We got him a warranty that covers him for anything just in case and recently made use of it by exchanging it for a new one :) Again, it was a long week+ for us. Bobsweep robotic vacuum cleaner

I bought this in Nov of 2018. It does a fantastic job of picking up dust, lint, hair, etc from our berber carpet. Especially nice in the bedroom as it vacuums under the bed! The customer service is great! The gate on the dustbin broke off. All I had to do was call and as it was still under warranty a new one was shipped the very same day!

Love my BOB!

My BOBsweep does a great job. It's so nice not to have to get on the floor to vacuum or sweep under beds! BOB does it for me. I recently needed a new part for my vacuum and customer service at BOBsweep is second to none! Thank you Ricky, you were great!

Dog hair where?

I was skeptical at first about getting Bob as I thought he wasn’t going to be much help but I’m so glad I gave him a chance. We have a white German Shepherd lab that sheds like crazy and having dark floors doesn’t help disguising her hair on the ground. Received my new bObsweet this week and cannot be happier! We have 2 dogs who are constantly tracking in sand and bOb gets it all up and the mop attachment is a wonderful addition.
