Would RecommendI looked at several robot models before purchasing the Bob. I have a lot of pet hair to deal with on both hardwood and carpet. The Bob did not disappoint. It has a remarkable bin capacity and does not seem to get gunked up with pet hair like the last robot I had. And when I needed to replace one of the wheels, the customer service by Adam at Bobsweep honestly could not have been better. I would highly recommend this product!

Would Not RecommendIt is worth to pay an extra money and get better product. It does not work as described I've tried several time to call the manufacturer with no luck . Do not buy this product

I got it for christmas. Set automatic timer. When it got to the time it came off the charger turned around and turned off... hit the charge button on the remote.. after 15 minutes of it wandering trying to find it (originally right next to it) I put it back on myself. Even when I take it off and hit auto it'll keep saying nose wheel error (error 3) but I can manually control it from the remote just fine
