This vacuum does what it says it will do. The company stands behind it's product and warranties. The customer service us on point. Reinvent parts are easily available and will keep your vacuum running. Well done bObsweep!

Bob Sweep

It picks up very well. I like it a lot. However, the withdraw is that it gets stuck. It gets stuck a lot. Overall it's a nice product and I like using it but it could never be able to work alone.

Glad Bob is home again!!!

Good to be back with my new Bob running again to keep up with all the hair from living with 4 dogs and 3 females!!! He seems a bit smarter now when getting into a bind in places and figuring out how to get out! Also seems like there is an upgrade from the last one when the rolling bar gets bound up it stops not to burn the motor up, which a plastic Hawaiian lei he found! Kids, dogs, long hair keep Bob busy now and my wife said I seemed more relaxed like my child was home again! I hated vacuu...

Works great

Works really well on pet hair. Has a little difficulty climbing up on a carpet remnant (unfinished edges) in certain places but can make it on its own. Overall super happy with it.

Not worth the money

First of all, I never write reviews, so I must either love something or loathe something to write one. Unfortunately, in this case, it is the latter. I have tried this sweeper on all 3 floors of my house, on various flooring types. This sweeper has actually burned my carpet because it has gotten stuck under the dresser, even with the “block” that is supposed to derail the sweeper from going in certain areas. On the hardwood floor, it did a fair job, but could never find its way back to its base....

I love my bObsweep Robotic Vacuum

The customer service is excellent. We love being able to turn our bObsweep on while we complete other chores around the house. Our house has hardwood floors and our dog even though has short hair sheds an awful lot. boBsweep does a great job of sweeping up the hair. We are surprised the amount of dirt, dust and hair it cleans up each time we use it. We did have a few issues with out bObsweep. The first issue, the machine could not find its charger. Good Robotic Vacuum

I bought this item at Lowe's. Great service at Lowe's, item was price matched and I bought extended warranty. I am using this vacuum for around six months and it is doing great service as I have tiled and hardboard floors. It has more than 95 minutes life after each charge and gets docked automatically. It has a huge collection box and a side brush to pick up more dirt. I am using it everyday and have no issue. It has wet sweeping but I use my steam sweeper. I attached bumber stickers with glue ...

Kept getting stuck!

It would get stuck under furniture, on rugs, wires. It goes over the same area over and over. Took it back to Lowe’s, customer service rep shoved it back at me saying, “this isn’t ours,” like I was trying to defraud them. Bad thing is, I had handed her my phone with the Lowe’s app open, showing my online order and payment!

Bobsweep Pethair

I received my Bobsweep last year for Christmas and absolutely love it!! I have a dog and it picks up hair as well as large particles. It also sweeps my laminate, tile and carpet effortlessly. I have had trouble in the past with other products customer support but Bobsweep’s customer support is awesome! I really wanted to love Bob

Amazing marketing and so many cool features and details - not to mention the candy apple red shell - completely prepped me to love Bob and I was so excited to unpack him and get him ready to roll. Bobsweep makes a huge difference with pets and kid

I have owned a Bob sweep for almost 5 years. It’s fantastic because it vacuums while I’m gone at work and in the evening while I’m at my children’s activities. We have multiple pets that shed and it just keeps the floor so much cleaner. You do have to pick up before it vacuums items such as phone cords or anything it can get into which has become part of our morning routine. Wonder Bob!

Bob is a work horse of a vacuum on my hardwood floors and the low pile carpeted bedroom floors. We have inside/outside dogs and Bob picks sweeps up like a champ. He is pretty strong when he gets stuck and seems to figure out how to get unstuck most of the time. He doesn't know when he is full, but I am hoping that future Bob designs may take that in mind. I purchased bob sweep about 3 years ago and I'm very pleased with the product.I have a short haired pet and bodsweep cleans better than I expected.I have advised many people of how efficient bobsweep will clean tile floors and carpet. Great Product!!!

I am really enjoying my new Bob. I love the color and it really does pick up the dog hair.

No pets

I got my Bob when I had 2 dogs, he did a great job removing their fuzz, there have been a few issues with his overall performance but the customer service I have received is hands down great and every issue has been resolved.

I got Bob for Christmas because we live with four animals and have to run a vacuum daily. Bob is the most effective cleaning device I've ever owned, and the company will absolutely stand behind their product. We overworked Bob after two months and had to send him in for maintenance. We were not charged, despite the fact that Bob was given new wheels, new brushes, and a new motor. I was floored. Great helper around the house

I have an old house with hardwood floors and two dogs. This does great at daily cleaning and keeping pet hair at bay. There are a couple of "trouble" spots where Bob has a little difficulty at times. I simply place styrofoam blocks in those places when he's cleaning and problem solved. When he throws an error code, there are several online videos to help decipher and to rectify the problem.
