On Christmas day I set it up and charged it. The next day it performed flawlessly. Needless to say, I have a happy woman in my house!

Amazed at how much dog hair was picked up!

I'm really enjoying using the bObsweep PetHair Robotic Vacuum! I treat it like a "cleaning assistant" - while bOb vacuums, I'm happy to move objects that could get in his way and attend to other household tasks. I'm also motivated to not have as much clutter on the floor. I have been amazed at how much pet hair was picked up. If you are looking for a vacuum that does the cleaning for you then BObsweep is your vacuum. We have had Bob for a little over a year and cannot be any happier. We wake up to a freshly vacuumed house every morning. BObsweep gets every square inch of your home, even under beds, dressers and tables. I’m a Bob. This robot does a great job, so now I can truthfully say that Bob vacuumed. BobSweep is one of those best-kept secrets. When everybody finds out, iRobot will just have to move over.

Wonderful little guy

I like bob. He does the job. Is he perfect no he does get stuck once in a while. But he’s just what we need for a quick go around.

Bobsweep is a great help around the house

Whether you need a whole house clean or just a touch up, Bob is the one to do the job. This newer Bob works well on carpet and hardwoods. Bob is also less "jerky" than the older versions. Bob is a great addition to my cleaning routine!

Great product!

After considerable research, I finally settled on the bobsweep Pet hair Robotic Vacuum and I am thrilled with my decision. With a very easy set up system I was in business in no time. Bob picks up superbly on both carpet and tile with no issues so far! I love it!

ADHD Robovac

I like the idea of a robovac, but this one is disorganized in the way it travels around our rooms. There is no pattern, just moving around and missing many spots. It did a good job of picking up dust and dirt where it goes, but it misses so much it's not worth keeping it. I'm really disappointed.

Great investment!

This little vacuum is wonderful. It's the perfect size, fits underneath my furniture. The dustbin is big enough to really collect a good amount of dust/pethair/small debris. I let it run in my kitchen, living area, and entry hallway for a full charge, usually about 80 minutes, and it gets all the rooms clean.

Great warranty service

We had one of the original bobsweep. We used it for a couple years and it started having troubles. Some parts were replaced but it never worked as well - it got hung up on floor transitions etc. Ultimately, it wouldn’t move more than about three feet without throwing up an error. So it sat in a closet for sometime. We contacted them and, after some testing, they agreed to a warranty replacement rather than a repair. Works great

We have a dog that sheds really bad and this unit gets it all up and has a surprising amount of capacity. Cleans along baseboards extremely well!!

Amazing Cleaner

I purchased this mini vacuum as a helper in reducing cat hair around my carpeted home. Owning three cats, cat hair accumulates very quickly, and being a teacher, I’m not always having the energy to vacuum often. Bobsweep has come to my rescue. Excellent customer service!

My Bobsweep was having some issues going straight. I was able to do the self test which easily showed me that it was his left wheel. I emailed the customer service email listed on Bob, and they have been so incredibly responsive it’s amazing. They gave me a great discount and sent me the new wheel, sent me the link to be able to replace it myself, and followed up consistently and frequently to make sure that I had what I needed and was successful. I’ve had my Bob for almost a year now. I’m not big on writing reviews even though from day one Bob was amazing! I was worried my dog would eat him since he attacks the regular vacuum all the time. BOB Is Amazing

My husband and I love our Bob vacuum cleaner. He’s on a three day rotation Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Not only does Bob do a thorough job of cleaning but we have attachments so if he wants to scrub the tile floors also. Bob does have a problem at times with higher grade carpeting but we put up a barrier so he doesn’t get confused.
