Would RecommendI've been removing and sharpening lawn mower blades for more than 5 decades and I never looked forward to the job. I've used every imaginable trick to lock the blade in place while I removed the bolt that secures the blade. The Arnold Blade Removal Tool quickly and easily solved that problem. My only regret is that it took me so long to get one. It's inexpensive, well made, and works perfectly for my walk behind and riding mowers. I highly recommend it.

Would RecommendI have changed blades on mowers before but it was always a problem to find something to secure blade while loosening it.This tool attaches over the end of blade and the edge of mower deck to securely hold it in place.I highly recommend to anyone who needs to change a mower blade.

Would RecommendThe tool works great. It is much better and safer than using a 2 X 4 to block the blade. I first saw the tool on YOUtube and had to have one. They did have them is stock at Lowes in Covington, Louisiana.

Would RecommendI have only used this tool twice and like it a lot. I use have to wedge 2x4 wood scrape and it was a pain trying to lock the blade in the right place. I have to change 2 blades on my riding mower and this tool saves so much time. So far so good.

This tool beats putting a 2x4 to stop the blade from turning when unloosening the bolt to the blade. This has to be unscrewed all the way to get the middle blade out since the deck is little thicker.

Unfortunately, I wound up throwing this gadget away and went back to a simple block of wood. I was able to only get one of three blades off with this product.
