Would Not RecommendItem doesn't stay in place. It will slip along the edge of the deck and tear the paint off. It doesn't "hold" moving blades that are damaged or cracked either. It was a waste of $15. Better luck with a c clamp and a block of wood.

Would RecommendAwesome. Sturdy tool that works great on my 30" Troybilt rider. No more trying to figure out how to hold the blade still while replacing the blade, it even has a rubber tip to keep from scratching the paint or marring the deck. Very easy to attach without tools and does not slip. Inexpensive and makes changing the blade safe and easy. would recommend to anyone with a mower that changes their own blades. I will change mine more often because of this tool. Would make a great gift for any DIYer.

Would RecommendI highly recommend buying this tool! I own a 42" Hustler Raptor Zero Turn mower. This tool made taking off and installing the two blades a snap. Don't waste your time and knuckles with a 2x4. Buy this.....You won't be sorry!

Would RecommendWhat an absolutely wonderful tool. I have a John Deere S240 with a 42" deck. However, this is a universal tool. So it should fit almost any mower out there. This tool fits perfect and made removing the blades so easy. No more using a scrap 2x4 to hold the blades in place. So much safer too. There is a plastic cover on the part that touches the mowing deck so it does not scrape the paint. This part fits by hand tightening it (no tools needed to use this tool).
