What Customers Are Saying
The Armstrong ceiling tiles provide a budget-friendly option, with customers finding them easy to install and work with. However, quality control issues are a common concern, with many tiles arriving cracked or damaged. Some customers also noted inconsistencies in the tile patterns. While the tiles generally meet basic functional requirements, buyers should carefully inspect the tiles upon delivery to ensure they are not fragile or defective.

Would RecommendI purchased two packs of these after digging through all of the ones in stock you had available and all of the boxes had damage to the corners of the tiles and most were torn open on the corners. Otherwise great product as I know it can be tough dealing with shipping and handling of these.

Great Sturdy Drop Ceiling Replacement Tiles
Would RecommendSturdy and easy to use. Matched perfectly to existing tile. Just wish they were available individually as they are priced by a smaller sticker. I didn't need the full pack.

Meets their Purpose
Would RecommendEasy to cut. They do absorb water and stain easily. The pattern is slightly different from the last batch ordered. Consider this my oversight. Wrote down model # to ensure next batch matches the existing tiles.

Every corner was broken
Would RecommendBox was in good shape. Got home after picking up online order and found that every corner was broken on all 10 tiles. Appeared to be packed that way so no care of product condition prior to shipping.
