What Customers Are Saying

The Armstrong ceiling tiles provide a budget-friendly option, with customers finding them easy to install and work with. However, quality control issues are a common concern, with many tiles arriving cracked or damaged. Some customers also noted inconsistencies in the tile patterns. While the tiles generally meet basic functional requirements, buyers should carefully inspect the tiles upon delivery to ensure they are not fragile or defective.

Easy to install but fragile as egg shells.

I wanted to replaced some drop ceiling panels that got stains and I purchased the same brand. This new panels start disintegrating as soon as you touch them. The old ones are 3x stronger even after more than 10 years.

These were not damaged in transit or by Lowe's handling of the items, but rather were shipped damaged by Armstrong. I would find a damaged panel inbetween two undamaged ones. This occurred in all four of the packs I received. I thought I would have panels leftover when I completed my project, but due to the damaged panels I may have just enough.
