What Customers Are Saying
The Armstrong ceiling tiles provide a budget-friendly option, with customers finding them easy to install and work with. However, quality control issues are a common concern, with many tiles arriving cracked or damaged. Some customers also noted inconsistencies in the tile patterns. While the tiles generally meet basic functional requirements, buyers should carefully inspect the tiles upon delivery to ensure they are not fragile or defective.

Would RecommendEasy to work with but it does damage easy. But hey it’s the cheapest tile I believe.

Damage in shipping and SMELL
Would Not RecommendLost my last review..so summary. Installed in dry basement 2 weeks ago. Immediately following installation, smell of vomit through air. Known issue with tiles constructed with Butyric Acid that smells more when exposed to humidity. This leads me to believe in poor manufacturing or storage at Lowe's. Lowe's to date has been useless on what to do outside return. (lose installation $$$) I will see later this afternoon when speaking with a specialist. Will likely call Armstrong as well.

Drop ceiling tile you must buy in bulk
Would Not RecommendNice texture, overall good price but sadly you have to purchase an entire box when you may need only one to finish a project. This should be changed immediately.

Basic ceiling tiles
Would RecommendCame with the QuickHang system, drops right in without issue. The most basic pattern you see everywhere, looks fine. It doesn't have the fancy edges, so it is easy to cut and fit when needed.
