What Customers Are Saying
The Armstrong ceiling tiles provide a budget-friendly option, with customers finding them easy to install and work with. However, quality control issues are a common concern, with many tiles arriving cracked or damaged. Some customers also noted inconsistencies in the tile patterns. While the tiles generally meet basic functional requirements, buyers should carefully inspect the tiles upon delivery to ensure they are not fragile or defective.

Would RecommendHad to replace a few pieces of ceiling tiles due to water damage. This was exact match and same size as my very old ceiling tiles.

Lowe's has THE WORST Customer Service!
Would Not RecommendThe product is fine, same product I could buy at most hardware stores, but the SERVICE at Lowe's is horrible. It took more than 30 minutes to get assistance tonget the product off the shelf. No one would answer any call buttons.

pure junk!
Would Not RecommendThese ceiling tiles are impossible to cut. The material is not tightly pressed together so when you cut them they actually disintegrate and make a complete mess. The ones I am replacing are press more firmly together and from 2007. I guess they made these better back then.
