What Customers Are Saying
The Armstrong ceiling tiles provide a budget-friendly option, with customers finding them easy to install and work with. However, quality control issues are a common concern, with many tiles arriving cracked or damaged. Some customers also noted inconsistencies in the tile patterns. While the tiles generally meet basic functional requirements, buyers should carefully inspect the tiles upon delivery to ensure they are not fragile or defective.

Surprise scan !
Would RecommendThe product I purchased was not drop ceiling tiles, it was pre cut drywall. I scanned the items. I had problems returning the one I didn’t use which was very frustrating. I had good results with the ones I used.

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to review our Fissured tile. We hope installation went smoothly for you. Enjoy you new ceiling.
HORRIBLE
Would Not RecommendCan't cut them, just turns into a mess. Like trying to cut paper mache. Very fragile and crumbly. Most of one box was ruined due to crushed corners. Can't believe a company would actually produce this and that Lowes would try to sell them. Going to try to return them. What a waste of time and money. There should at least be a warning on the box: "WARNING: Very fragile, only full squares can be used. Not able to be cut."

Tiles are not white in the center
Would Not RecommendWhen you cut these they are very fiberous and ar not white in the middle like the tiles we are replacing. this means you have to paint the edges. I would have been happy to pay more for a solid white tile. They don't cut as clean as the old tiles either. Also we had about 15% breakage when we picked them up.
