Would Not RecommendNumerous damaged/blemished tile in every box, and I'm not about from mishandling... these are from the manufacturing process. Literally threw away nearly two full boxes out of twelve purchased. But far worse than that is the fact that the tile are not even close to a uniform size, literally varying up to 3/16" within the same box, making it impossible to get the corners to align and have a nice looking job.

Bad Tile -Half the cases had tile that were warped
Would Not RecommendTile are super fragile, half the cases I purchased were bad so we had to use a staple gun to secure them! The glue could not keep them flat on ceiling. Sad sad sad. So disappointing that I was sickened to my stomach. Didnt have a choice since contractor was booked and room was vacant at time. So took twice as long and labor costs to put these up was ridiculous. no photos, was too upset to think about that!

Would Not RecommendI was hoping these tiles would be great replacements for what I had previously installed, but they just aren’t that great of quality. Especially considering I waited so long for them to ship from the manufacturer, you’d think a product with a lengthy back order would be worth the wait.

Problems with getting delivery when promised. Had to reschedule. I had to make a second trip to delivery address (8 hours driving roundtrip!) Fortunately, I ordered 7 cases, even though calculations showed 6 cases would be enough. 30 of the ceiling blocks arrived damaged. I was able to salvage about 10 by using them where I had to make cuts for partial blocks along border. Ceiling tiles were otherwise as expected.

Damage finish
Would Not RecommendThe tiles started out good then it turned out on half of the tile it was textured.i had to discard half of a box.at the end of the job I got a call from the customer in the sunlight you could see a couple textured tiles in the middle of ceiling.very costly repair.if you use them buy at least 40 sq ft as you will encounter different looking tiles.

Would RecommendGreat product, but extremely fragile. Either Lowe's or distributor damaged half of a box. Probably dropped before delivery and it is only available online with very pricey shipping

Would RecommendWhat can I say? you get what you pay for, these tiles had a lot of damaged ones right out of the box. I was able to use some of the bad ones for cuts, also they are fragile, use caution when installing them.

Would RecommendReplacing a ceiling that was originally tiled with this stuff. Needed about 3.5 cases overall. Regrettably, I ended up with 1 full case of damaged material. Not sure if the associates at my store are abusive with the product or they were damaged during Lowe's shipping. Watch out if you plan on buying these tiles. Other than that, once I got the headache of cleaning the furring strips of the old material and got the old trim down, installation was a snap. Word of advice, FOLLOW THE ENCLOSED INST...
