What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles have a mixed quality, with some customers finding them easy to install and a good value, while others reported significant issues. The main problems were the tiles being fragile and prone to damage, with many arriving already cracked or broken. There were also reports of inconsistent sizing and manufacturing defects that made proper installation difficult. While some customers were able to successfully use the tiles, the overall consensus is that the quality control and durability are poor, and extra tiles may be needed to account for defects.

A bunch of the tiles were damaged when I openned the box. They are horribly made and crumble with the slightest pressure. Immediately returned.

Inconsistent quality
I found several tiles to have deep scrapes across the surface I have had to sort through the cases and found about 20 percent of them in this condition. Unfortunately, I will be returning the damaged pieces and will have to order more. I hope the next lot is in better condition.

Very fragile easily damaged no individual returns
Would Not RecommendI bought 10 boxes to do two rooms accounting for a few damaged tiles I could use (cut) for border tiles. 1.5 boxes (60 tiles) were unusably damaged so I was only able to complete one room. When I returned the damaged tiles they would only refund full boxes (nothing short of 40 tiles). I had to make two trips to the store to go home and put 20 perfect tiles I had left over in the second damaged box. Lesson learned, if you have a small project, open and inspect the tiles before accepting them bec...

These match my old ceiling perfectly for repair.
Would RecommendI was so happy to find these tiles to repair/adjust an old ceiling in my recent rental rehab. Buying them in bulk made them cost about $1 each… there were a few tiles in the box that had one tabbed side that was too short… I had enough tiles to finish my project, but would have been disappointed if I really needed them. Thanks Lowes for carrying them at a reasonable price!

Bad Product , excessive time & difficult install
Would Not RecommendThe product is poorly made so it does nott fit without extensive effort and then it crumbles with little pressure. Almost a case out of 10 was became unusable. I would never recommend it to anyone!
