What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling tiles have a mixed quality, with some customers finding them easy to install and a good value, while others reported significant issues. The main problems were the tiles being fragile and prone to damage, with many arriving already cracked or broken. There were also reports of inconsistent sizing and manufacturing defects that made proper installation difficult. While some customers were able to successfully use the tiles, the overall consensus is that the quality control and durability are poor, and extra tiles may be needed to account for defects.

I ordered two (2) boxes of Item #85912 model #231G ceiling tile. i picked up one (1) and realized I was a box short. I returned to the store and was informed the other box was coming from a different location. They were to check on it and call me. Did not receive call. Went back to store to pick up other items and check on missing tile. Was told they could not find out the status from shipping and the person was at lunch. They would check and call me. To date, have not received the tile or recei...

Quality is lacking. Glad they still make them
Would Not RecommendTiles are not made like they used to be. They are not very white, have marks on them and a bunch were damaged. I tried to return damaged ones but could not. Have to return whole case or nothing. They will have to do. I have to buy more cases of tiles then I need because of the quality.

10 months later it all fell off
Would Not RecommendWell, I thought this was a good ceiling solution. However, it absorbs moisture, humidity, gets heavy & sags until it pulls down completely. Big waste of time & money.

Easy to replace but don’t apply too much pressure
Would RecommendI used these tiles to replace some that had broken in my ceiling. They were very easy to use and held together well using a staple gun. The only caution is to be careful with them as they do break easily if too much pressure is applied.

Armstrong Ceiling Tiles
Would Not RecommendMany of the ceiling tiles were damaged. They were easy to install, but you need to order extra to account for the number of damaged tiles during shipment.

Ceiling Tile
Would RecommendI have used this product previously. I had a leak in the roof they were installed under. Original tiles were stained. The tiles are easy to replace and match the original ones perfectly. Unfortunately, they are no longer carried in any of the Lowe's in my area. I had to special order them.
